Pros:

Very clean and comfortable; the beds are cozy, and the room is quite spacious. The staff is kind and friendly. We were greeted at the reception with a smile and a positive attitude, even though it was already late at night—this was a lovely ending to a long and exhausting day. A pleasant bonus was the availability of breakfast (even though it wasn’t mentioned on Booking). The breakfast was delicious—thank you!

We were looking for an overnight stay while on a trip from Denver to Phoenix
Just needed a comfortable bed at an affordable rate
This was a home run! Clean, quiet room
Comfortable bed, super HVAC which was almost silent
The window coverings blacked out the room completely if you desired
Great shower plenty of instant hot water
If I didn’t mention it before it was CLEAN and Quiet and not overpriced
The hotel was pretty full with kids using the pool and from our room we heard nothing
This is how all hotel experiences should be

Rude staff and ants but decent deal
Pros:

Updated. Pool, hot tub, breakfast.

Cons:

The owner was quite rude. I was shocked at how he behaved with my children and later with me. Also there were ants in the rooms.
