The pool and rooms were clean.

Cons:

They didn't have breakfast as advertised. No scrambled eggs or sausage or waffles. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Very good location out of the downtown area. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

My only complaint is the breakfast lacks alot…over all for the price it was great.

Mediocre at best. Wasn’t allowed to take our bikes off the trailer. Said there wasn’t room.

Nice motel that good use just a little upgrade.
Pros:

Excellent location with clean and functional facilities. The inside pool and hot tub was very nice.

Cons:

Basically our bed mattress was worn out, it needed to be replaced years ago. Also, the breakfast was very minimal.

Passing through Pagosa Springs during high travel week
Pros:

We had stayed at Hillside Inn several years ago and didn’t remember anything negative and reviews looked good, so decided on it again. It’s kind of confusing to find as you have to pass through another business’s parking lot to get to hotel. Front desk staff is very helpful and informative, rooms and property were clean. Location is good with many restaurants and bars close by. Only negatives are uncomfortable bed and low water pressure, but slept okay and got clean! Very quiet and nice indoor pool and hot tub area. Would stay here again and a good value for area. Didn’t eat continental breakfast.
