It was close by to everything! Plenty of parking. Room was spacious. Bedding was nice and comfortable with a soft extra blanket. Plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
The breakfast was a bit lacking/disappointing. The place does need a renovation.
We loved the location the rooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable
The rooms were very dirty. Especially in the bathroom with hair and water still on the floor when we came in. Also there was moldy food under the couch in the one room and a used black napkin on the side of the bed as well. Also we had asked for rooms next to each other and were told that would be perfectly fine then when we checked in we were given two rooms on opposite ends of the building.
The location is only a short drive to the rehoboth boardwalk and shopping. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable.
Everything was great maybe at some point I would only remove carpets and install the wood style flooring.
Everything was great the staff the whole experience was great will be back again very soon this is now our go to place when visiting Rehoboth
There wasn't one thing we didn't like
LOCATION!!! Right in the middle of everything but a short drive away from Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. You had outlets, movie theater, restaurants, miniature golf, Marshalls, grocery stores , dispensaries, bars all in walking distance. People were very friendly and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
That I didn't stay longer.
Kathy the manager was great,I broke my elbow the week of the stay and she really helped me out.great customer service.
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very professional and friendly.
I had 2 rooms and only 1 was ready at 3pm. They were supposed to contact me when the other room was ready but they never did. We ended up coming back late that night after dinner and walking the boardwalk. The pool was open from 9 to 9, but there were no towels for us to use Sunday morning. The ones in the dirty bin from the day before were never washed. They said it would take 30 mins but we were there for over an hour and no towels. We had to go up into our rooms and grab the towels from there.

Everything was good- very nice friendly people who are working there.
Breakfast- it doesn't mean I didn't like it - it's "basic"- you won't be hungry but if you life's "style " to eat more at the morning- don't be frustrated 😉
I liked that the place was clean, convenient, & comfortable. I very much appreciated the complimentary WiFi & free parking. The hotel room was spacious and neat, and I had great bed to sleep in.
