Pros:

Close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

That i let front desk know that toilet was stopped up and needed a plunger and noone every came.

Loved the stay!
Pros:

We received excellent service, employees were extra nice and genuinely helpful! The place is close to stores, very comfy and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Will be returning.

Pros:

Great location, the staff was friendly, and the room met our needs for the most part.

The faucet in the bathroom sink did not function well and the A/C was noisy.

Pros:

Everything was great, from the staff to the location is very centric, you have the mall near by, shopping centers, lots of restaurants, I absolutely loved it.

Cons:

The price a bit to high, other wise no other complaint.

Good value - Super friendly staff
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was as good as I have had at other hotels I have stayed at this year. I thought the staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel was good value, and I noticed many families there, which I believe speaks volumes about the staff's efforts.

Cons:

It is not a perfect hotel, but for the value, I believe it is good. The carpeting is worn in places and needs some refreshing, but all in all a good experience.

Disappointing
Cons:

The night of my arrival it was 40 degrees aoutise and my room heater did not work, I reported it and nothing was done for two days until I managed to get a different room after being dissed by one of the front desk clerks who told me that the hotel was fully booked, which was obviously a lie. So for two of the four days of my stay I had to endure no heating in my room. The second day there was no hot water in the morning, so a cold shower was all that I had available. To make matters worse, they tacked an un-advertised $10.00 daily parking fee. Very poor overall service and experience

Good stay
Pros:

The hot breakfast was great. The customer services were awesome. The front desk lady was so friendly and fast.

I didn't like that it smelled musty. that was a turn off for me.
