Pros:

It was clean beds were comfortable. Shower was great!Nice breakfast!

Cons:

Only bad part was a man who proceeded to knock on our door three times at 7am! Waking us up!!Dont know who he was or what he wanted. Just bad clientele in this area! Not that hotel can control that! Staff tried to help and were very nice!

Pros:

It was a great loation.

Cons:

i was informed when checking into the hotel that I had to pay a $50.00 deposit for parking. It did not state on booking.com that there was a parking fee for our vehicles.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Bed in the room on the 2nd floor was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed in the room on the third floor was much more comfortable. The bathroom faucet handles were stiff and sharp. I scratched myself several times turning the water on and off.

Overall good. I will probably stay here again.
Pros:

This location is close to the interstate and good restaurants, as well as the business access I need.

Cons:

Wifi was not great. seemed ok in the am but lag and buffering in the late afternoon and evening times.

If you’re under 21 don’t come to this hotel and if you check in with the black woman in the reception, good luck

The room was really clean

Cons:

The checking age is 21+ not what booking says the the bigger black woman in reception was very rude to us at the time of check-in. She told us that they do not control their listing on booking so it’s not their fault the check in age is wrong and booking does everything

Nice facility near shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean seemed recently remodeled.

Cons:

Charged $10 for parking. Are you kidding me? Parking lot full of work trucks, no security in parking lot. Cabana Bay at Universal doesn’t even charge resort fee or parking fee. Does Walmart charge to park in their lot?
Pool area needed cleaning and water was extra warm, was the heater on? It was 100 degrees outside.

Very bad customer service. Will not be returning.

Location was okay

Cons:

Very dirty, ac unit has something stuck inside . Even after reporting, we were forced to stay in the same room. When asked for a towel, the staff replied” I will have it by the front desk. U will have to come get it”. And they charge for parking. When asked if we can check out at 11:15 on a Monday morning, staff replied,” we are overbooked for the weekend”. Terrible experience

I did not stay. I could not use the room as it was.
Pros:

Nothing. I could not stay. I am trying to get my money back, but no luck so far.

Cons:

The TV was located right over the Desk. The wall mount extended it out over the desk about 12 inches. It was about 8 inches above the desk, making the desk not workable. I needed to set up two monitors.

My stay was incredibly comfortable thanks to 2 outstanding employees, made a long trip feel worth it
Pros:

Let me say that I was extremely surprised in the best way. The gentleman who checked me in was amazing, and the woman who assisted me on Sunday was incredibly kind. After a 9‑hour drive, these two outstanding employees made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Their customer service is truly exceptional.

Nothing, I loved everything!

I loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to give me new towels or take my trash until the day I was finally leaving. Literally 20 minutes before checkout.
