Nice place, nice location. If I go back to Brandon I'd stay there again.
Pros:

Guy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was first rate.

Cons:

Too expensive, but then all hotels now are too expensive. It definitely cuts into the amount of traveling I'd like to do.

Excellent!
Pros:

Everyone was extremely nice I broke a bottle of wine in the room by the fridge. Had most of it cleaned up when housekeeping arrived. Very nice. Even gave me a small moscato as an I’m sorry gift!

We had a great stay at the hotel overall. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything else about our experience was wonderful.
The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service during our stay. Had we been informed about this before our arrival, we would have chosen to stay somewhere else, as having access to the pool was an important part of our plans.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel guests should be notified in advance when a major amenity like the pool is unavailable so they can make an informed decision about their accommodations.
