Pros:

Water view, the restaurant next door, breakfast was good, pool was decent for the kids.

Cons:

Very weird start of the stay, no greeting from staff member. Outside/landscaper employee had to go get desk clerk to assist multiple groups that were at desk waiting. Once front desk staff member came he was very short and stated he didn’t have any rooms available. No further explanation. When I questioned that statement stating we have reservations he clarified stating we don’t have any ready, we only have 2 housekeepers on today. It was 2:47 for a 3pm check in time. He was short, curt and not productive with his communication. Once rooms were ready another staff member was at the desk with the same original person and the personality changed quite a bit, in a positive direction. We also have lack of shuttle explanation and set up but it all ended up working out in the end. I would not not stay here again but would also look for other locations next visit.

Nice would stay again. I will ask for a quieter room.
Pros:

Screaming kids in the room next to me, kids running in the hallways. Just too noisy.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice! One guy running the show doing an amazing job. The view was beautiful.

La situation près de l'aéroport de Tampa! Moins de 10 minutes en voiture. L'hotel dispose aussi d'une navette.

Excellent in training
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The guy who does breakfast was terrific. Lee went above and beyond. He called me at the airport to tell me there was a cancellation and he saved me the room. Cara was also very helpful, securing an Uber for me when my app crashed.
