Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast.

Cons:

We were staying a week, and ghe fact ghat cleaning is done one a week now surprised us.
However, housekeeping changed out towels and changed garbage.

Pros:

I like almost everything. Location is great close to clear water. Very clean, breakfast is great too.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff is great as well as the one in the breakfast lobby. However front desk staff in the afternoon is a little rude.

NICE STAFF! The heart of their success!!
Pros:

Nice location, super nice staff. The lady in the reception took care of my family while I was still traveling. So far the best experience in south Florida after 3 different stays in three different hotels

Cons:

The closest pharmacy was 25 min away.

Pros:

Located next to the water with access to Jetty and many activities.

Cons:

The only 1 bar/restaurant available on what is a sizeable location, closed due to a thunderstorm. This was inconvenient after a long drive as no other options on site available.

For the price I got a basic room as basic as it gets. Not that something is wrong with it, sure a place to sleep but with all the fees I paid $384 per night and that is outright ridiculous

Great place for a short stay.
Pros:

Close to airport with pool and a good view of the water.

Cons:

Could be a bit isolated if you want to be in town. Great though if you have a car or need to be near the airport as it has a free shuttle service. Breakfast basic but included in room fee and more than adequate.
Staff super friendly and helpful.
