Overnight for UNG's Frog Week graduation. Location was perfect. Beds were firm and comfy.
Pros:

Beds were firm and room was clean and spacious. Self-serve Seattle's Best Coffee 24/7 including Decaf was nice. Hot and cold breakfast variety was good. We'd def book here again for future UNG events.

Cons:

Would be great if you offered non-dairy milk for coffee and cereals. Sweeteners are like stevia and monk fruit are so common now as an alternative to sugar, and lots of people use them instead of the chemical sugar-free stuff. Sugar-free yogurts would be so amazing too.

100% would whose again, and did! Will be back two more times at least. Good value and great location.
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was also perfectly located for the intended purpose of visit. I have already booked the same hotel for two more visits.

Cons:

My room was a little warm. The a/c worked, but not as well as I would have liked.

Colleen and her staff were amazing!! They made our stay so special! Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, yummy breakf
Pros:

The rooms were clean! I used Clorox wipes, as I usually do to make sure it’s a clean room and none of the wipes had dirt on them. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The breakfast was yummy too! Lots of choices. The young lady working kept the tables wiped clean and made sure the food was stocked.
The ladies cleaning the rooms were nice and friendly. Grounds were clean. No visible trash.

Cons:

The landscape needed help. Bushes and trees needed trimming. Everything was overgrown. I think it’s something important to take care of. When you pull up you should see that it’s neat and tidy. Like they care how the outside looks.

Front desk lady was very nice. They had lemon water available, which was wonderful on a very hot aft

Great hotel!
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and inviting. Breakfast had plenty of options including different types of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, blueberry and regular waffles, muffins, bagels. Truly something for everybody. Pool was clean.

Typical continental. Very good workers. Great appearance and clean.

Cons:

The sofa in our room and the chair were very hard but we assumed, from appearance they were new. All Good.

Would recommend and book again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! I loved that they had salsa, cheese, and sour cream available (I'm vegetarian and options are sometimes limited for me). It was very thoughtful. We don't have a dog but if we did, I would have found it very welcoming with the water bowls etc. I loved the kids station by the front desk; my 12 year old collects stickers and it was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient & close to what we were there for. Just 3 minute ride from Appalachian outfitters where we had a great time tubing, and a very short drive to downtown Dahlonega for dinner. I appreciated not having to pay extra for parking or fighting for a spot. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything. It was a very nice stay.
