Fantastic comfortable welcoming visit
Pros:

There was a problem with the elevators but the staff accommodated us fantastic. They gave us a room on the bottom floor once we explained that one in our party could not manage steps at all. Very very friendly caring staff.

Cons:

Really had no complaints.

I think based on the location, it was very good. But cparing to others Holiday Inn we stay in, this hotel was mediocre.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was clean, but there were cracks on the walls and on the ceiling, the elevator was out of order.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor so it was a long walk up those stairs. The toilet in the bathroom wouldn’t stay on the chain so we had to keep fixing it.

It was not clean, a lot all. The bedding was not changed and had hair and was clearly used. The bathtub had a few pieces

It was not clean, a lot all. The bedding was not changed and had hair and was clearly used. The bathtub had a few pieces of hair. We got new sheets from the front desk and notified them of this. Breakfast was okay but could be better. The eggs felt almost under cooked and the syrup had a weird taste. Coffee tasted like warm water.

Nice hotel for an express stop.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome! Specially the scrambled eggs. Very kind and smiling staff, safe and quite place.

Cons:

The back door to the building was not locked, which can be considered unsafe. Also, the bathroom was not properly clean. The mattress cover of the sofa bed was also dirty, but the lady at the front desk solved it quickly.

We had rented a place before here and checked in. It was not safe nor clean. We found this one

a few dings and scratches in some places but nothing too bad to really even mention but only cause you asked. !!
