Staff was very nice!!! The room was very clean and breakfast was good!!!!

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor heated pool, and when we finished checking in they told us that the pool was open but not heated so it was disappointing…

Glad there was Holiday Inn Express as an option in Hiawassee, GA
Pros:

Spacious, Clean, Well Organized, Modern Rooms. Needs more Upgrades to Electrical Outlets and ports for modern mobile / cell phones. Thankfully, TV and Remote worked. WiFi worked. Shower and Toilets could use more maintenance and upgrades.

Cons:

Please try to offer a better / more selection of hot breakfast items. Have waste bins / trash cans more spaced out throughout dining area and perhaps hallways before elevators. Make sure that there is enough body wash, shampoo, conditioner in showers... along with ensuring that shower enclosures and shower heads are in very good working order.

We were only there for one night--it met our needs very well.
Pros:

We chose not to eat there--went to the same local restaurant where we had eaten dinner instead.

Cons:

We loved the coffeemakers in the lobby...but missed the convenience of having one in the room.
