Cons:

The first room we were given was on the first floor. The electrical outlet used for the TV, microwave, and refrigerator had been pulled out of the wall and was not working. We only discovered this when we tried to turn on the TV and noticed the refrigerator was not working. When we opened the refrigerator, a large amount of water came out onto the floor because it had apparently been defrosted.

We were then moved to a room on the third floor, Room 318, I believe. In that room, the toilet could not be flushed normally. The only way to flush it was to remove the lid from the tank and manually lift the stopper to allow the toilet to flush. Maintenance did repair it the following day, but the handle was still extremely difficult to push down to lift the stopper.

I have to say this was very disappointing, especially from a brand-name hotel. These are basic items that should be checked and working properly before a room is given to a guest. Having to deal with these issues in two different rooms was frustrating and certainly not the experience I expected

Cons:

Front desk person asleep when we arrived around 11p. Was in her chair at the desk. Didn’t see or hear us walk in. I stood at counter until she woke up. She was shocked to see me standing there. This was only concern.
