We only needed the hotel for one night. The beds were comfortable, so our stay was great for the one night we needed

Property was very nice and the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super soft and everything was nice and clean. We did not eat the breakfast they provided so I can’t comment on that. We only had to stay for one night and it was definitely worth the value.

Cons:

When we checked into our room, we got ready and went to a birthday party within 15 minutes. When we got back later that evening we went to the bathroom and flushed the toilet and it wouldn’t flush so we had to pack up and moved to a different room. That room was great except for the extra large water stains on the ceiling. When our toilet wouldn’t flush in the first room, I tried using the phone in our room and pushed pretty much every single button to try to get the front desk and it just immediately went to busy signal so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them to come upstairs. Not a big problem, but the phone should be working also. They also talk about it being non-smoking, but there’s a bench outside the front door where people sit and smoke and every time the door opens. It sucks it into the lobby and there are cigarette butts on the ground because they don’t provide an ashtray.

Pros:

You see that picture of the pool you're showing. The pool was closed, It was filthy and horrendous to look at, they didn't even have covered it.. When I was booking it, they did not mention that the pool is closed. It was the sole reason I picked this establishment. So that's on the management end. The staff, especially Kimani was extremely helpful and nice.

Very displeased that there was an additional charge when I asked for an early check in - at around 12:30 instead of 3:00...not what I consider to be good customer service and will affect my decision about any future bookings with the hotel.
