Stay somewhere else without used condoms in the trash.

I chose this hotel because many reviews highlighted how clean the property was, but my experience was the exact opposite and very concerning.

In the morning, while using the bathroom, my minor daughter discovered a used condom in the bathroom trash can in our room. This strongly suggests that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to our arrival, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. When I reported the issue, there was no apology and no sense of urgency or concern about what had happened. The situation was treated like a routine complaint, and the only thing offered was $20 in credit for the hotel store, which I declined.

This is not simply an inconvenience — it is a serious sanitation and quality control failure. Guests trust that rooms, especially bathrooms, are thoroughly cleaned before check-in.

I hope management reviews this incident carefully and re-evaluates both housekeeping procedures and staff training, because no guest — and certainly no family traveling with children — should have to experience something like this.

I would strongly encourage management to address this issue publicly and ensure it does not happen again.

Unruly and noisy guests arrived from midnight to 2:30.

Cons:

Guests noisy. Midnight staff did nothing to alleviate noise even with a call to the front desk. Unable to get to sleep until 3 am. We were in the middle of a 16 hour drive.

Entry locks area broken and need fixing. Anyone can enter without a key at one of the doors
