Staff were nice but the facilities let them down
When we got there the lift nearest our room was out of order. A few days later, it started working for less than 24 hours. Day two of our stay, our toilet became clogged. A repairer was sent the next morning but even after he had been it was still faulty. In middle of the following night, we had someone enter our suite requesting to know if we had a leak in our suite. After checking, we realised the toilet pan was now overflowing water on to the floor. Till we left after the 5th night, the toilet still had problems. We were given the next room for us to use till we left.

Little kerfluffal checking in but guest services folks quickly took care of that. Room assigned to us was still occupied. We were set up for different room and all was good!
The property was not terrific nor bad - it was as-expected; and there is something to be said for that.
Everythign was just fine.
The receptionist was friendly and thoughtful with the room assignment. She kept us far away from wedding party goers. Also kept us away from pets. Room had fridge, microwave, and keurig. Hot breakfast was terrific.
Mattress and bedding just okay. Scent of rooms a bit musty, but receptionist kept us away from dog doo smell!

Older facility that had been renovated but not too well. Old sticky carpet, bathtub older, bathroom had old and moldy grout.
Hot breakfast daily. Plenty of parking. Good location. Nice size room! Comfy bed.
My room was next to a stairwell that slammed all night long and throughout the day. My rest was interrupted so many times. Also shower had hair in it when I checked in.
I like the location
Bro is nasty to upgrading me to a suite and then told me I had to pay the difference because they didn’t have any more room left toilet overflowed. The sheets was on backwards and the room was not clean.
The location was super convenient for my travels. With plenty of options for food and shopping.
