The room was clean and spacious. The AC was quiet. The bathroom was nice and spacious. She shampoo and body wash were really good. (Citrus scent). The tub actually had a no-slip mat built in.
Most hotel bathrooms the floor of the tub is smooth and slippery. Not here! You have thought of everything

The close proximity to the baseball complex and surrounding shopping/restaurants.
This hotel was dirty. I didn't witness any cleaning. I had to ask for linens for the pull out couch and when I called the staff asked " Do I have to bring it to you or can you just come and get it?". When I did go down to get the linens, I was taken to the laundry room which was very unprofessional and made me wonder if the linens I was getting were even clean.
Breakfast was poor quality and the breakfast attendant let the garbage overflow onto the counter. When someone let her know, she went back to her phone and ignored it.
Our bathtub has patched holes in it. No towels and stained carpet.
My key card stopped working the second day of my stay and I was told that it was because they just checked us in real quick and didn't put our length of stay on it. We paid $400 to stay here the weekend and it was absolutely not worth it. I will shy away from Best Western in the future as a brand.
Clean room and comfortable. Great staff.
