Hotel O Kost Arie 1

Di peraturan yang saya baca pas di depan receptionis yang penuh debu, dengan nenek sebagai pemilik nya, tidak ada informasi adanya deposit 100rb namun saat saya cek in di sana harus ada deposit 100rb.

Dan pada saat Saya cek out besoknya jam 11.40 deposit saya tidak dikembalikan padahal saya cek out sebelum jam 12:00.

Mba yang bekerja juga info bahwa pemilik hotel tersebut selalu ribut dengan tamu yang ingin cek out, perkara deposit, padahal di peraturan hotel yang saya baca cek out itu jam 12:00 bukan 11:30. Nenek itu selalu info bahwa cek out jam 11:30 saya tidak ter informasi sama sekali pada saat cek in.

Saya tidak ikhlas uang 100rb saya di makan nenek2 itu, semoga hal baik akan datang ke nenek itu supaya dia punya pikiran.

tidak di terima di hotel...karena ada anak 14 thn tdk boleh menginab...jadi batal ngineb di sana..rugi bayar

1. Very dirty and FILTHY! ( probably the owner gave me the worst room in purpose or maybe other room are just same ugly!
2. Bed sheets wasn’t changed for 10 days during my stays, it was super ugly and destroyed material.
3. From the check in time it wasn’t smooth at all. Very insulting language from the owner, very racist to me as local guest. She kept my ID card for the entire 10 days of staying. I asked them to just return me my money if she didn’t like me personally. From the check in time. But she said I’m booking from booking.com and that was not possible. She said my English was bad and indirectly said I’m stupid local Indonesian! She was very nosy of my Indonesian family and rather my personal stuff.
4. There was 2 times during the time I took shower and put shampoo on my hair the water was off. That was terribly annoying. I had to got out from my room and find the staff, while I was wet from
Hair and my eyes got shampoo, and only wore towel To turn on the water for me. Yet the lady owner said to me not to scream to call her staff. Come on ma’am! But in general the shower in my room was so bad almost no water came out.
5. The female staff and the little chubby staffs were not even smile and know hospitality attitude at all. Extremely rude! Same like owner! Only the skinny man was nice.
6. 10 pm lock the gates, tho rules are 11.30 , but anyways that was anoying! Write about that down on description!!! Everybody has plan to do on their holiday!!!! I couldn’t hangat out with my friends I didn’t see for 10 years bcs I lived abroad and that was my first long holiday in Jakarta after so longtime!!! If I knew this annoying rule earlier I’m not booking there.
7. I was about to check out 3 am during my last day , so I supposed in any normal Accomodation it’s possible to do bcs I have train to travel another city . Yaa.. she said I have to leave 10pm the day before . And I had to just figure it out by my self to wait until my train.

Dirty and stinky bedsheets and blankets as if they didn't wash them properly (if they really wash them).
