Great!! The whole hotel smelled fresh!!!

Cons:

That you have to walk to the Crowne Plaza(right next door literally) to utilize the pool… but hey for the price it’s worth it!!

The pool area was closed and we were not told ahead of time because that was a big part of the reason we chose that hotel. I wish that would have been put on the website so people would know ahead of time.

Fair, bur comfort (too cold in room) overshadowed the good things.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, but as vegetarians we don't use the gravy on biscuits (some hotels have plain gravy w/no meat).

Property was pretty clean.

Cons:

The room was very cold when we arrived (5-6P), and turning up the heat did not help any (even 4 hours later). We just had cold air blowing out, and yes we know how to use a thermostat.

Staff we stand-offish and not that friendly.

Requested room AWAY from elevators. Response from hotel said request would be honored however, our room was right by the elevators. Bed uncomfortable. Side doors didn't always close. Have stayed at numerous of this chain hotel before and was completely satisfied. We expected the same for this hotel and was disappointed.

Cons:

The hotel advertised a pool, the pool was far away in another building and we would have had to walk through a convention center to get there AND there was an event going on so that would have been uncomfortable to walk through in a swimming suit. We picked a hotel with a pool so we could take our grands swimming. It should say located in another building.
