The hotel has a funny smell pool didn’t look clean and the lady that first checked us is was an air head and didn’t know how to do what I needed to her to do

Made it a easy stay; especially the welcoming of our dog. Relaxed, calm environment
The staff was incredible. We stayed for a baseball tournament with 6th grade boys and the front desk worker was wonderful. We ate dinner as a big group in the lobby and she let the boys swim a bit late. Everything was clean and updated.

The bed was rock hard not comfortable at ALL. I would have gotten more sleep had I slept on the floor. , the bathroom lighting was terrible, and the next morning the elevator was out of order. Carrying my language down 3 flights of stairs not OK after a terrible nights sleep.
