Wonderful evening front desk worker
Pros:

The staff was incredible. We stayed for a baseball tournament with 6th grade boys and the front desk worker was wonderful. We ate dinner as a big group in the lobby and she let the boys swim a bit late. Everything was clean and updated.

Cons:

Breakfast was what you'd expect. Fine, no complaints.

I've stayed at better hotels.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard not comfortable at ALL. I would have gotten more sleep had I slept on the floor. , the bathroom lighting was terrible, and the next morning the elevator was out of order. Carrying my language down 3 flights of stairs not OK after a terrible nights sleep.

Hotel was comfortable and what I expected
Pros:

the breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

Bookings.com posted it was 2.2 miles from Shipshewana. It was more like 10 miles. We were in a motorcycle so riding at night after the event was scary. That was Bookings.com error
