It was okay until they stole from my son
Pros:

The 2 front desk staff was really nice.

Cons:

They stole 20 dollars from my 2 year old bc it was him and he forgot it on the tv stand and I never got it back and they swore they couldn’t do anything abt it if the house keeping said they wasn’t in there even tho they was bc they changed trash and left the other trash

Cons:

The bathroom sink did not work. When this was reported we were informed there were no more suites available. A room down the hall was offered instead but was not large enough for my family so we stayed in the room that didn’t have a working sink and then walked down the hall to use the bathroom. The replacement room also smelled like urine.

Great value for comfortable room. Quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, room was very comfortable. Workers were helpful. Location was convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Seemed safe.

Cons:

Curtain in rm 329 was half damaged and would not close.

the bait and switch tactic offering a veteran discount or senior discount and the being turned down because I booked through travel agency. that wasn't listed as a requisite to receive it. its a marketing lie of omission.

Very MID stay
Pros:

The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Originally booked a king suite but were given two queen beds and a pull out couch which was fine. The room itself was nice, if you just need a place to rest your head this is a good spot.

Cons:

Had a non-working TV the entire stay, mentioned 3 times to staff and not once did they fix it (pretty sure we just needed a coax cable but not my responsibility to supply it) Checkout was at 11am and at 10:04 after walking back up after breakfast to grab belongings cleaning staff was already in the room. Water pressure in showers was not great and pool had a very strong smell all throughout first floor. Did not fix any issue brought to their attention. Although important to note front desk told us someone quit before shift that night so I have a little sympathy.

Shower chair could have been better material. It was rather slippery with water and soap on it. Shower floor had some weird stuff on it, not detrimental to my health, however
