Clean property and room, friendly helpful staff and I felt safe.
Pros:

My room was very clean, the front desk staff (mainly Teresa) was very friendly and even did me a favor. I will stay there every time I'm in the area.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer.

Great value for the money and service was very friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast including pastries, cereal and juices. Folks were friendly and helpful each day and anytime of the day. TV was clear and fairly new with easy access to Netflix and other streaming options. Good use of space with a couch and tables available.

Cons:

The king size bed was not as comfortable (more firm) as the queen during our last stay.

I would rather stay in a clean room farther away from family than close but dirty.
Pros:

Location was conveniently close to our family we were in town visiting. Breakfast had options, I wouldn’t recommend some of them. But there were options. Milk was not cold. Chocolate muffins were like disgusting paste in your mouth. But maybe others prefer lukewarm milk and paste. To each their own.

Cons:

Upon arrival, one room had a wet sticky stain. In that same room when going to bed, we found the sheets were dirty, upon waking we went to shower and only had 2 towels for 3 people. There was also less than half a toilet paper roll. The room was clearly not ready for guests. Upon request, the stain was shampooed the next day, towels were added and we got more tp on our own from front desk. The sheets in that room were never changed even though we requested it with all the other things to clean. We even took the sheets off the bed and bundled them for an easy sheet replacement. We returned to the bundle of dirty sheets right where we left them. Considering the manager was supposed to be taking care of the issues, it is no wonder the standards are so low. She missed the entire bed. In addition to all that, when we came back and our adjoining room had been cleaned, there were long black hairs in the sink and tub. It made our trip far less pleasant leaving us wishing we could go home early. No accommodations were offered, the errors just kept piling up.

Awesome people (staff) if you needed anything day or night they would get it for you they was awesom
Pros:

The breakfast was great for the cold breakfast and had boiled eggs and had lots of bagels ,breads ,muffins fruit it was great for me and my grandsons and the staff was very sweet and just awesome

Cons:

There was really not anything I didn't like about the place I kinda wish it had bacon and sausage but it was still great

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast was terrible.

Cons:

Need better breakfast. Asked for extra pillows and was given excuse on why they couldn't. Room was not cleaned, rugs were not clean when we arrived. Was not restocked with enough towels/ toilet paper, soaps, conditioner.

Great staff but not satisfied with facilities
Pros:

Cons:

unclean the pool area was, the quality for the money was not adequate Breakfast was subpar, crack in the bathtub tub, there clearly a remodel but it seems subpar as well. I think if hotels are booked I would stay as it is decent and the staff was great! The hotel itself is low budget with a higher price tag than I would expect
