Pros:

It was in a great location, right off I-10. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a handicap room, which I didn't realize..which was ok. The exception being..the shower leaked water all the way out into the hallway. The shower pan is almost flush with the floor and needs a flexible lip on it so the water doesn't run out. The room smelled a bit musty at first enter, probably because of this.

The property was great in multiple ways. And the staff was excellent. At least the ladies were. The two ladies we dealt with were wonderful customer service people and the two gentlemen.We dealt with were the polar opposite.

Outstanding!!
Pros:

Sooo clean, and so comfortable. We had the king size bed that was in another room, we paid alil more for it but so worth it.
The staff was so nice. I got to know De'Ara .T, Give that women a raise!!. She was at the desk from time we got there , last night ,and first thing this am with a smile on her face. So helpful with my ?"s
Rooms had alot of lighting and charging ports.
Will definitely recommend to others.

Cons:

That we did not have time to use the amazing indoor pool. It's huge, with handicap equipment, so others can participate .
Had outside seating right outside and gym is right there too. We are just passing thru so we did not have much time.
