I was On an overnight visit to reconnect with family and friends.
Pros:

I like how quiet it was in the room
i was happy to see plenty of hook to hang towels & clothes
The room & Bathroom were very clean

Cons:

I didn't like that there wasn't a little coffee maker in the room
I enjoy having coffee as soon as I wake and not have to leave the room to go get my first cup of coffee.
I appreciate that it's provided in the lobby,
But i didn't want to leave to go get as soon as i woke up.
Thats my only negative comment!
Everything else was great!

Nice conditions Good floor 101 had good Shower for us as we are handclapped.
Pros:

Breakfast was verry good . Nice variety of food. The attendant was very Friendly and helpful.

I would always come back
Pros:

I like holiday Inn. It was a getaway from my home. Took the kids to the pool and I got me a drink from DD. The lights in the room were great. My kids are 4 and 6 and needed night lights. They had perfect ones.

Cons:

Cleaned a bit better. We had dead bugs and spider webs in out room. The toilet did keep overflowing

Absolutely, positively excellent in every way! The location of the room, the bed commendations
Pros:

the most important aspect for me is customer service, this facility exceeded my expectations on every shift every employee I encountered, even the employee that was assigned to clean the room. Will definitely book this facility for my next visit. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

I am very particular about my coffee would have liked to have been able to use my coffee pod, but the coffee was a good second choice

Great stay well worth the price.

Was easy to access, clean room open and roomy.

Cons:

Parking shared with local business, tattoo parlor and Dunkin’ Donuts made it hard to find an accessible space.

Terriblemente mala experiencia, exijo un reembolso por los 2 cuartos que reservé
Pros:

No había luz no había servicios de aire acondicionado no había elevadores y para acabar de joderla no tienen luces de emergencia y por poco y me mato en las escaleras así que exijo un reembolso y si no voy a tener que ponerles una demanda

No me gustó la atención no me gustó el servicio no me gustó el el trato donde despreciable que nos dieron y el cero apoyo que nos dieron

Comfortable and cozy
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel appears to be renovated, our room was spacious, bright and very clean. The lobby area is very nice and we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the young lady who coordinated the breakfast was extremely hospitable. She made my family and I feel welcomed, really the entire staff did. I will definitely be staying again!
