This hotel looked really old and dirty.
Cons:

Room cleaning wasn’t done when we arrived at 3 pm and overall facility wasn't that clean .
Bed sheets looked old and didn’t look fresh
Pillows were small and old.

So worth it!
Pros:

Very clean and nice! Comfortable bed and pillows!! The hot tub was great. Breakfast was great. Fast taxi to town (just ask them) Don't hesitate. It was worth it!

The breakfast was fine, the staff at the desk was friendly, though they seemed to be trying to find their footing.

Cons:

I would not stay here again. The bed was poorly made, which making me think it may not be fresh. At 3:00 pm most of the rooms on our floor still had the doors open waiting for cleaning. There were dirty towels stuffed behind the bathroom door and sand in the bathtub, so the bathroom was only given a pass through cleaning. These things made us uncomfortable during our stay, as we do expect a base level cleanliness. I was surprised it was given a Best Western designation. Best Western standard is usually much higher.

We had a wonderful time, and a lot of it was due to your motel.
Pros:

Is it in a beautiful wooded area back from the main road far enough so that is quiet and peaceful!
The room was beautiful and the location, even though it was upstairs on the second level, was easy to get to up the stairway at the end of the building. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We will definitely return to this property next year, and we plan on staying longer instead of in Kalamazoo where we always visit my wife’s relatives. We’ll just drive there from Saugatuck instead of stay there.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel with an nice warm pool!'
Pros:

The room and building was very clean. The pool was heated and actually warm. The hot tub jets were strong and the water temperature was not too hot. There was a large selection for breakfast.

Cons:

They seemed a little understaffed. I had to ring the bell for help during check in time which was 3pm. No one was monitoring breakfast, so I went to the desk to let them know they were out of waffle batter, sausage, and other items.
