Clean and safe place to stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the concierge was friendly. No complaints about the location or room itself. They actually have a microwave in the king room unlike other hotels.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order. That was the only reason for booking this particular hotel, no type of discount or anything was offered.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect. I stay here every time I stay in Minneapolis. Check in and check out is very easy, especially if you pre-book online. Very clean, and convenient. They have most everything you need. There was one gentleman at check in that wasn't very friendly, but all the other staff was exceptional! They took care of all my needs and requests with kindness and professionalism. They greeted me every time I returned with a, "Welcome back!" They also txt me to make sure I was enjoying my stay and making sure I had what I needed. Housekeeping does a very good job.

Cons:

More washers and dryers. Reception at check in on December 16th wasn't pleasant this time. Gentlemen at the desk was not friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. No hair dryers. The power strip beside my bed didn't work, but the maintenance man, Stephen fixed it while I was out so no inconvenience to me.
