milk at breakfast on saturday and sunday was spoiled. Said something to ladies attending to breakfast on saturday. She showed me the date on the jug which was june 16,2026. No matter what the date was on the jug the milk was still spoiled. I just went without

Not recommended for light sleepers!
Pros:

Convenient location, reasonable facilities in the area. Room adequately appointed - but no more than that. Bed reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy. noisy, noisy! Some of the noise couldn't be helped - it's a city centre location, with lots of traffic outside. But some could; the ice machine in the corridor near our room started making ice at 4am, and kept it up for ages. The machine might as well have been in the room with us, it was so loud. The mini refrigerator in the room chipped in with regular rumblings throughout the night as well. Neither of us felt especially refreshed in the morning.
Also, the hotel (public areas in particular) has the musty smell of somewhere where smoking was permitted until relatively recently. Replalcing a lot of the (tired-looking) carpets would help.

Great stay and very close to the convention center
Pros:

Breakfast was good tasting, well prepared, and ready at the time that I needed. The room was clean and the daily cleaning of the room was completed without any issue. The bed was comfortable.
