Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Mostly praised as very clean with daily room cleaning completed without issue; a few guests noted a musty smell and tired carpets in public areas suggesting some wear.
Service
8.7
Generally described as friendly and helpful (e.g., 'personal muy amable') with easy check-in; one brief negative mention of 'staff' without detail.
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as excellent and convenient — very close to the convention center, stadium and city-center locations praised across multiple reviews.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are adequately appointed with comfortable beds, but several guests reported disturbance from noise (traffic, ice machine in corridor, and a rumbling mini-fridge).
Amenities
7.5
Functional amenities noted but some are problematic: the corridor ice machine and in-room mini-fridge produced disruptive noise; public areas show signs of age.
Value for Money
9.1
Not explicitly mentioned by guests; inferred as good value based on positive remarks about location, cleanliness, breakfast quality and overall satisfaction.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Mixed feedback: several guests praised a varied, well-prepared breakfast; one guest reported spoiled milk on weekend mornings, which is a notable concern.
Overall Experience
8.6
Many guests reported great or incredible stays and smooth experiences; however, noise issues and occasional F&B concerns reduced some guests' satisfaction.
