Pros:

This property doesn’t live up the the standards in other Express properties I’ve stayed in. Within this week, it will be 4 in total, all bit this one are new and up to date. The St Louis property is old, rundown. And a poor reflection to the Holiday Inn Express portfolio. Stuck in the 90’s, needs renovation, new fixtures and carpet…more thought should be paid to those necessities than overdoing Halloween decorations. I love Halloween, fyi

The hotel looked like it was severely in need of an update. I’m sure it was beautiful in the 70s. Our room smelled like dogs and the carpet was so old & disgusting. AC worked great though!

They take $100 cash deposit and even inspect your room before you leave. Will never stay there again.

Pros:

We had 3 rooms with 2 queen beds some of our beds were not good. However the manager was wonderful and called to inform us that my mom had left her hearing aids and they mailed them to us. Wonderful service by the manager.
