We were very disappointed that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:30 when check out was not until 11:00. He was not kind about it, & it felt very disrespectful, & then we were rushed.

Cons:

Room and entire place is getting pretty run down, stayed here years ago and was nice now there are major structural issues (floor dips in middle of the room) cracks on walls, tiles etc. Very old carpet. Toilet in room did not work properly (or sometimes not at all) staff had to patch job it but it never worked properly so you could not flush TP

Horrible experience. Shower did not work in my room. Was obvious that anyone who would have even tried to check would notice the problem. Head fell off wall and wall fixture would not hold it in place at any angle, no hot water. Noticed at 3am, just went to bed. In the morning. Staff offered no solution. Did not offer to let me use another room, did not offer to have maintenance look at it, had they i would have told them forget it at this point.

Breakfast was beyond disgusting.. Dirty and unkempt, cold food.. Literal rotten fruit on display. A complete joke.

I checked in and was given a key and a room. Upon checkout was told I was never checked in and was marked as a no show. Funny how they for sure charged me both the room fee and the $100 incidental hold.


I should be given a full refund for this ridiculous excuse for a hotel stay. At least the bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed my visit with my granddaughter and used your lobby alot! Worth the drive!
Pros:

Food was okay! Location was the best part since we went to visit our granddaughter. I am 77 years old and had trouble getting in the tub/shower. But there were enough bars to assist me getting in and out. I felt safe.

Cons:

I moved the chair closer to the bed to use the bed night stand and I discover a pairs of swim shorts in the corner and ;my granddaughter pick them up (dog poopy style) and put them in the waste basket. The place looked clean but that made me wonder how vacuum got the corners.?!

Did you buy a run down motel and slap a Baymont sign on it?

The price was good

Cons:

The pool and exercise room are closed, we think permanently. The tub bottom is bouncy / spongy, and damaged. The curtains have holes. Sink had no edging or edge caulk. The bed was saggy in the middle. Even the drywall is misaligned to the sprinkler opening.
