Pros:

Teljesen elégedett voltam a szállással. Kommunikáció zökkenőmentes volt (angol), minden szükséges tájékoztatást időben megkaptam. A szállás elhelyezkedése kivételes, 1 perc a tengerpart. Új az épület, az apartman hatalmas és igényesen felszerelt, minden működik, tisztaság volt (takarították tartózkodás közben is). 2 külön fürdőszoba és azon felül egy wc, mind luxuskivitelben. Van egy kis medence is, amiben a gyerekek kedvüket lelhetik, ha már unják a tengert. A szálláshoz tartoznak privát napozóágyak és napernyő, ez aranyat ért (nem zsúfolt egyáltalán a partszakasz). A másik, amit kiemelnék, az a parkoló (mélygarázs), rengeteg hellyel. Kicsit a kategóriájában drágább a szállás, de összességében megéri a nyugodt nyaralást egy ilyen modern, tiszta, igényes helyen. Szívesen visszatérek majd, ha ismét horvátországi nyaralást tervezek

Pros:

Odlican apartman, cisto, uredno, u app. sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Boravili smo cetiri noci, nakon dva dana sobarica je pospremila app. promijenila peskire ( i peskire za plazu). Podzemna garaza za automobil. Kada smo izasli iz app.ostali smo jos par sati na plazi, koristeci njihove peskire a automobil u garazi.

Cons:

U sobama je dosta bucno tokom noci jer su prozori okrenuti bocno prema magistrali.

Pros:

Все сподобалось. Прекрасне місце, джакузі, неймовірний вид, чудовий персонал, готовий завжди допомогти. В пентхаусі є усе, що може знадобитись. Однозначно сюди будемо повертатись.

Modernes Apartment mit schönem Blick
Pros:

Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf die Adria.
Parkhaus im Gebäude. Gute und moderne Ausstattung.

Genussvolle Strandtage in Podstrana
Pros:

Schon vor Anreise hatten wir netten Mailkontakt mit Ante und wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich von Frau Stefania begrüßt und kompetent über alle Einrichtungen bei einem Rundgang informiert. Wir hatten ein Studio-Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit möblierter Terrasse gebucht und somit waren es wirklich nur ein paar Schritte an den weissen Kiesstrand mit kostenfreien Liegen/Sonnenschirmen und ins kristallklare Meer. Das Studio bestand aus einem hübsch möblierten Raum mit einem komfortablen Bett mit Nachtkästchen, einem hohen Kleiderschrank, einer praktischen Kommode, dem Essbereich und einer kleinen Küchenzeile, weiters einem modernen Bad und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben täglich das gute Frühstück vom Buffet und die hervorragende Küche im hauseigenen Restaurant Cibus genossen. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Garage oder auf dem Aussenparkplatz direkt vor dem Studio parken.

Cons:

Der Frühstückskaffee hat uns nicht geschmeckt.

Beautiful 😍
Pros:

Wir hatten 6 wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Ich konnte vor dem leckeren Frühstück erstmal eine Runde im Meer schwimmen da 5 Meter zum Strand 😍😍😍
Das personal war super nett und freundlich.
Danke für die schöne Zeit bei Euch und Grüße ins wunderschöne Kroatien 😍😍😍

Nettes Apartment mit VIEL Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Gute Lage, 5min zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft, direkt am Strand, ca. 20min mit dem Auto nach split. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher vorhanden, (lediglich eine Mikrowelle hat uns gefehlt).
Frühstück alles was man braucht (warme Speisen sollten jedoch warm gehalten werden), sehr nette & bemühte Dame an der Rezeption. Tolles und vor allem großes Gym, auch ein moderner Indoor-Whirlpool und eine Sauna gibt es. Am Abreisetag bekamen wir ein Abschiedsgeschenk, eine sehr nette Geste.

Cons:

Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten, die uns geärgert haben. Für ein paar kann der Gastgeber nichts (z.b. Auto-Lärm von der Straße). Andere sind z.b. es gibt KEINE EINZIGE STECKDOSE im Bad. Die Spiegellampe ist nicht angeschlossen (die Drähte hängen hinter dem Spiegel raus). Im Vorraum/Garderobe ist kein einziger Haken um etwas aufzuhängen. Die Matratze ist sehr hart.
In der Nacht hat auch immer irgendein Aggregat/Wärmepumpe Lärm gemacht, jeden Morgen um 7:30 wurde mit dem Laubbläser die Terrasse des darunterliegenden Restaurants freigeblasen. Also lärmempfindlich darf man nicht sein. Der Höhepunkt waren Stemmarbeiten um 7:15 in der früh, so etwas ist einfach nicht akzeptabel!!

Pros:

Excellent location, not right in the center of the tourist flow. Very peaceful and cozy. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The room had all the necessary and a beautiful sea view. We were also allowed to check in early and check out late, which was a big plus.
