Pros:

The hotel staff were nice and friendly. When I mentioned the TV didnt work, they came to our room to try to fix it. I eventually was moved to a new room and that was done quickly.

Cons:

I was looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. I found it here but you can tell the rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling, jacuzzitub included. The TV didnt work properly and I had to switch rooms. The price was reasonable.

Didn't have local TV channels. Samsung TV doesn't have local channels. They should get roku at the very least. And the whirlpool was broken so we had to get a different room.

It was nice besides the check in process.
Pros:

It was very nice. It was convenient for me because it was at a location where everything was for me.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my check in. The wait was too long which caused me to be late for my best friend son graduation

Clean, organized, consistent communication, and beautiful staff.
Pros:

I enjoyed the property itself. The breakfast was nice. The staff was wonderful, the room is beautiful, had my birthday party there and we had an absolute amazing time.

Cons:

The only dislike I had was the fact that we couldn’t find close by trash cans to throw away everything other than that everything was a 10 out of 10.
