Pros:

The HVAC in the room worked very well and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Direct TV wasn’t very intuitive to use.
The hotel is an obvious remodel vs a new build and is already showing its age.
It had that old hotel smell in addition to the smell of marijuana being used in at least one room on our floor.

Great customer service!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for business, and Tyler at the front desk was super helpful! He helped me access the printer and gave me the needed supplies that saved me a trip to the local office supply store. Thank you for the great customer service!

DeeDee in the breakfast area was a sweetheart too!

Staff and room exceeded expecations.
Pros:

All encounters with the staff were excellent from check-in to breakfast to casual encounters in the hall way. Everyone was happy, helpful and exceeded our expectations, The breakfast was plentiful with many options. The scrambled eggs were perfection. The room was clean, comfortable and the black out shade was a great feature for getting a good nights rest.
