We’re used to staying at Hampton Inn. Your hotel beat them across the board. Fresh-ground and brewed coffee, better breakfast choices, cleaner facilities, friendlier staff. We’ll be back!
When we arrived, the front desk clerk claimed they didn’t have our (3rd party) reservation. I went back and re-did the reservation again… but then the front desk said they found our first reservation, so I was double booked, the reservation was non-cancellable, and I spent the next hour trying to resolve the issue. This was the fault of the third party. They had reversed my first and last names on the initial booking. Your desk clerk (Caitlyn) worked hard to resolve the issue, and I finally got the first reservation cancelled! Great work!
Convenient location, just 10 minutes from our destination. Pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Clean comfortable rooms. Enjoyed conversations with DeeDee, excellent.

We had a wonderful stay here. Dee Dee made breakfast feel like a lovely catch up with an old friend. The hotel was clean and modern with good amenities. This is where we will stay when we are back for college visits.

Cleanliness of the room
Location and staff were good.
My first room smelled strongly of smoke even though the property is non-smoking, almost like the odor had been there for years. I planned to tough it out since I was only staying one night, but the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was heavy rust buildup behind and around the toilet (very noticeable), and the tub was stained and even had a few hairs.
I reported it to the front desk, and honestly the staff was the best part of the stay. They handled it quickly and moved me to a different room, which was much better.
That said, the walls are very thin. I could hear everything overnight, from a dog barking nonstop to a neighbor shaving. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it sounds like they’re in the middle of renovations, so it may improve in the future.
Clean
Mrs. Dee-Dee and Mr. Tyler was phenomenal these two made my stay warming,welcoming and safe. Please keep these two amazing people around. The hospitality/ Experience was a 10/10. The service that was provided speaks highly of your hiring personnel.
My wife and I had to come to Greenville for her to attend the bridal shower. I tend to lean towards staying at the Holiday Inn Express brand of hotels due to the consistency and the breakfast (love those cinnamon buns). The location of the property was very convenient, and the layout was nice. It had a large, open lobby area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and appeared to be well maintained. The only odd part was the room we were in backed up against the elevator. We did not really hear that as much as it seemed to be a fairly consistent sound of water flowing in the wall. I even asked the maintenance guy if their laundry was on a floor above us and why. He indicated that he "thought so". It did not really bother me, but as someone who works for a PVC pipe manufacturer, it was just something I noticed. The weather was rather cloudy and rainy, so that combined with the bridal shower, we did not really do any sightseeing while in the area.
