The property was very clean in a quiet location and the staff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast host. Breakfast was good as well

Very unaccommodating staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and beds were comfy.

Cons:

I asked for a late check out as i was out a-lot later than expected and was told they could not do a late check out because of how busy the weekend was. I have been a housekeeper most of my working life so i understood 100% and was going to be out by 11. Around 8 am i was finally able to go to sleep. At 9:40 Am i was rudely awaken by a housekeeper banging on my door yelling housekeeping and then moving on to go into the laundry room. There was a do not disturb on my door and i had alarms set for 10.30 to be packed and out of the hotel. I know it was done on purpose to make sure i was out after i had asked for the late check out and was told no. I ended up not being able to go back to sleep and had to make a 3 hour drive home on less than 2 hours of sleep.

It was just as described the staff especially Miss Lisa was exceptional but everyone was amazing we were there for my grandmother’s funeral and we had a large group with lots of rooms everything worked perfect I can’t think them enough love Renee

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about it at all.

Pros:

The young man at the service desk in the evening was very very rude I think he should have been fired I asked him to call 911 for my daughter she thought she was having a heart attack and he laughed and said I don't want to call them because he didn't want to fill out an incident report very very disappointed!!!

Overall the stay was very positive and we will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The water pressure in the shower was incredible. Literally the best shower of any hotel I ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. B

Cons:

The hallway needed a very deep cleaning.
