Convenient to downtown, highway, shops and restaurants. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. The renovations were great. No longer has a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway.

I enjoyed the quietness during my stay and the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, gas stations and shops. Little busy area and very close to the highway. The beds were okay, a little firm but cozy and warm. Nice hot relaxing showers. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, sausage and eggs and assorted of milk, juices and water. Very clean facilities. Somewhat attentive and polite workers behind the counter. Ample parking. Didn’t get to splash in the pool because of the cooler temperatures.
I injured myself because of a pipe sticking out of the wall by the 2nd floor elevator. The staff didn’t seem to care and never addressed the pipe sticking out of the wall which is a health code and safety violation. Something should be placed in that spot, covered or a sign affixed to warn others. My leg was pretty bruised. The three days we stayed we never received room service or cleaning or replacing linens and towels. The day we asked about it they still never came. We ended up having to go request new towels. And just didn’t bother with changing the sheets after the second day. The handicap room was horrible for my mom, as the tub seemed elevated and a lot more difficult for an elderly person to get in and out without assistance.

Everything. Right off the highway. Employees were so kind and helpful! Which is a plus especially when you’re getting off the highway from driving 20 hours.
The bands were not too comfy. But not that bad on a scale from one to 10, 10 be the worst, I would say the comfortability was at a 4.
The room was secure, doors and windows could be locked. The bathroom was clean and the hot water in the shower had good pressure.
Several issues within room 119. Light didnt work by the front door, the vent fan didnt work in the bathroom and I saw a roach scurry across the floor twice during my stay.

There was a used bar of soap and a dirty washcloth left on the bathroom sink.

The keycards wouldn’t work and the woman who works nights is extremely slow

Very clean,rooms were comfortable,beds were comfortable,free breakfast and Starbucks and chic filet right down the street.Also really quiet location.
It was close to where we were going the next day
