Cons:

Pros:

It smelled terrible when we walked into the lobby. We were on the 2nd floor, and had no elevators. The guy wiring the front desk would not answer booking.com's phone calls to discuss a refund.

Great staff, good breakfast. Moldy room.

The staff is fantastic and the breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

The hot tub was disgusting! A pretty big disappointment after such a long day of driving.

While the room was clean, the bathroom has a serious mold problem around the tub. The tub surround/wall panel is not sealed well, and I'd bet there is some serious growth in those walls. That's my opinion as a professional mold inspector, and it's backed up by the symptoms wife and kid exhibited while in the room. Those symptoms went away when we left the room, both days.

Very clean, comfortable and safe area. The young man at the counter when I checked in was very friendly, and funny. The

It was very clean and the room had hardwood floors that was perfect for a pet friendly room. The bed was very comfy and my husband and I slept well. This location had security and definitely felt safe here.

Cons:

The only downside is the room only had two big towels, would have like to have two more.

Great location, helpful staff

Cons:

Had to reprogram keys 1st 3 days there. Non-dairy breakfast options are limited ( not unusual in general for most hotels). Slow drains in sink & tub. Could have been a touch cleaner.
