During my stay at the hotel, I encountered an issue with an overcharge of $50 for a dinner order. I immediately raised the concern, and the staff assured me that the refund would be processed the following day. Unfortunately, weeks passed without resolution. Despite contacting the hotel repeatedly—week after week for a month—I only received excuses and no refund.

This prolonged lack of accountability left me deeply disappointed. While the hotel itself was not terrible, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this establishment, as trust and transparency are fundamental to hospitality, and in this case, both were lacking.

Estuvimos muy poco tiempo pero me pareció sensacional, el lugar ya que dispone de un restaurant 24 hs , un lujo y las habitaciones enormes y competitivas.

Trevligt rum och bra personal.

Cons:

Trotts att vi hade ett familj rum så blev vi placerade under en klubb som spelade musik så det dunkande i vårat rum. 21:30 fick vi ett samtal om att vi kunde få byta rum men med två barn 6 & 3 år som precis började somna så var det inte aktuellt för oss. Det saknades dessutom varmvatten. Det blev bara ljummet.
