Pros:

Being part of the mall was good, the room sizes were nice with a good bathroom.
Reception is welcoming as are the staff.

Cons:

The set up is not great, our room was so far from the lifts. The check in key was coded wrong so had to go back and forth to reception to resolve. There was work going on our floor and it was noisy into the early hours. We could hear everything outside and in the adjacent rooms. Not great considering we had a 5am start and needed a good sleep.
