Considering we were on a main road, it was quiet.

We waren 45 minuten voor de inchecktijd en moesten 25 dollar betalen om op onze kamer te kunnen, terwijl deze al klaar was. De airco maakte het geluid van een straaljager, er was geen föhn, geen kledinghangers om je kleding op te hangen. Er was geen waspoeder bij de laundromat, en de droger droogde vrijwel niet. Slechte hospitality voor een hotel van deze prijsklasse!

If your goal is to be near the Historical District and don't much care about other hotel amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was unremarkable but if going out to breakfast is not on your schedule, it can work. The location is wonderful. You are less than 5 minutes from restaurants and the Historical district and museums. If inclined, you can even walk to the Blue Window Bistro for dinner - a great place to eat.

Cons:

For the price, there isn't much this hotel offers other than location. Our room was clean and we had a nice room on the other side of the building away from the street.
