Bed was too hard and AC unit very noisy, hard to sleep. Breakfast was average

Check in staff was very nice.

The hotel seems like it was very nice at some point but doesn’t have the staffing to maintain it. The room was nice but a little off in the bathroom. The pool was pretty nasty with globs of hair and debris floating around the entire pool - pretty gross. It is a shame because the place looks like it could be really nice. The staff of what appeared to be one was super friendly.

We stayed 1 night for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and the free coffee and water was nice, however room while it was updated was still dirty and had stains on the ceiling and toilet. They had some bugs in the bathroom. Overall not very clean. It felt like a combo of a motel and a hotel. It was fairly cheap, but could spend better money elsewhere .

I didn't like that there was no shower curtain no body wash had to wait an hour to get either thing just poor place to stay

The front desk employees were very friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were many food and shopping options within 10 minutes of the hotel. My only note would be that I noticed that the small spaces behind the bed were not vacuumed and there was trash and crumbs there. Other than that, the hotel was a great stay.

Stayed here once before and had a much better impression. Front desk clerk almost double charged us not realizing we had already paid for the room before arrival. Know that your debit card will be charged $25 for incidentals and it may not come off for a few days, so we were told.
Upon opening the room door, there was an immediate smell like old sweat/dirty clothes which was apparently being masked by some sort of unpleasant room spray/scent.
The mattress and sheets were still comfortable, but the room and bathroom were worn out.
Only one place to sit other than the desk chair and it was not comfortable. The windows were dirty and there was a hole in the window shade. It was cold and sterile. The bathroom had an old low profle toilet and a rust stained tub with the outline of previous non-slip stripping. A lot of old dirt remained clinging to it. There was a door above the sink that was not tightly closed and looked like it had been poorly painted over a few times. Refrigerator was disgusting with a painted back inside and drips coming down it. All of this gave an unclean feel to the place. Just a bit of a disappointment after such a great first visit less than a year and a half ago.
Did not appreciate hearing the maids being loudly chewed out in Spanish by their apparent manager on the other end of a radio.

Staff were very friendly. Family loved the pool and fitness center. Beds were comfortable. Best sleep I’ve gotten in months. Very clean.

Fast & friendly service! Appreciated staff telling me about rooms for the visually impaired, that I’ll use when unaccompanied

My family of 5 checked in for a 4 night stay while repairs were being done on our home. We didn't arrive until 8 p.m. but were told we couldn't check in due to no rooms being cleaned yet as their only cleaning person had quit mid shift earlier that day.

After waiting for rooms to be cleaned we were finally able to check in. Our rooms were clean in the bedroom area but the bathrooms were very dirty. The faucet for the sink was broken and about to fall off, the tub had dirt all around the seams and in the center of the tub. Also, we found out later, one tub would not drain properly and you had to shower while standing in the water that was collecting in the tub.

My kids changed into swimsuits and got into the pool which was freezing cold and within half an hour maintenance came and told us we had to get out of the pool as the chlorine pump had stopped working. We asked when it would be repaired and he estimated the following morning but it remained broken with the pool shut down for our entire stay.

The breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rob. The beds were comfortable.

We couldn’t get clean towels. The entire place was so cold along with the pool.

The shower drain and the bathroom sink drain was very slow. There was what looked to be remnants of crackers or something that had been smashed in the hallway right outside the room when we checked in and it was still there when we checked out.
