The staff treat you like family
What I didn’t like - the photos listed on Expedia are NOT what this property looks like. It’s run down, dirty and COCKROACHES. During checkout, I guess the front lady person can be in two places as once because I was charged a $25 linen fee for “dye on the towel”. I have rainbow in my hair yes, but how do we know if I got dye on the towel, I’ve been out of my room for five minutes. Idk felt like a cash grab in my opinion. I will never book here again.

There was a roach infestation in my room. I couldn't sleep because of it. They said they would allow a refund for one of the two nights. I need a refund for both nights can you please refund me
