The staff was friendly and helpful and there was adequate trailer parking.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the provided hot breakfast. I try not to have unreasonable expectations of provided breakfast at a 150.00 per night motel however I make my lodging decisions based on this rating and trailer parking. It is true they had the standard liquid egg patties and "sausage links" however they required effort to eat as the eggs were cold and the sausage was tough beyond reasonable. They had a waffle iron and some juice in pour containers on the counter as well. There is an elmers restaurant across the parking lot and I would advice planning your breakfast visit there. I hope this review helps those who plan,book and depend on the provided breakfast.

It was ok , the check in process should have been easy since I pre booked through booking but it somehow turned into a m

Clean and close to location we needed .

Cons:

It took over a hour to check in and they checked me into a room with someone already in there . Then put us in another room and room keys didn’t work had to get a staff member to fix key card and after about 3 trips up and down from the second floor he walked us to our room and the key finally worked .

Decent for what it is. Lots of other options to try.

Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast attendant was kind.

Cons:

Very minimal amenities in the room. One bar soaps and small lotion bottle.. had to use the bar for hands and shower. Two towels for three guests. Toilet paper rolls were both almost empty and no extras left. Seemed cheap. There's a park in front of the property with a lot of transients. People were in the parking lot being loud til late at night. Breakfast selection and space was really small and crowded. The photo on the site isn't the current breakfast setup. Only one elevator so it takes a really long time when it's busy.

Barely tolerable. I will never return.
Pros:

The location was convenient to access my destination (a hospital). The front desk staff were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. It had few options that were appealing. The eggs had no flavor and the texture of cardboard.
The room was unclean and musty smelling. The air conditioner rattled and was generally loud. The scenic mural on the wall had partly peeled and had a visible water stain running down the middle seam. The desk was scarred with scratches. The footstool had two holes in the upholstery (burn marks?). There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the curtain. There were two black spots in the bath tub that might have been a chip in the ceramics, or perhaps some biological leftover from a previous guest. House keeping only serviced the room once during my 7 day stay. Neighboring guests allowed their children to roam up and down the hallway yelling until 10:45 at night.
