After bringing up other issues multiple times I feltout ofplace and a complainer asking for did room

Opted out of breakfast after seeing many cleanliness issues with my room. Didnt want to risk getting sick on my trip

Cons:

There was legit black mold in our shampoo dispensers in one of our rooms. Ali a soiled baby diaper rolls up stinking like heck jammed between the end table and the wall!. After asking homeless to stay away from my truck after dark I was uneasy about my truck outside even though locked.. I was put to ease because my view from my window was an amazing view of homeless community . I was able to keep my eye on them fairly easy.. although that was about the extent of my view.. my kids room has a view of an Aly with garbage blowing around. Between all that and the hairy bathtub I didn’t shower or rest much. Also zero towels at the pool for when u get out. Asked and the were never filled. So we walked back cold dripping everywhere. OH and my kids room smelled like an animal peed EVERYWHERE and the never cleaned carpet!) whole room smelled of ammonia and they cam and slept in our room. We didn’t even use the second room

Clean & Friendly
Pros:

The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast daily was some type of protein and the (make it yourself) waffles were delicious.
Should the need arise, I would stay here again.

Cons:

The room I was in shared a wall with housekeeping. The washing machine and dryer seemed to be in constant use. It was a little noisy but not bad enough to request a room change.

Great location. Need more healthy choices.
Also need regular tea bags. Not everyone drinks green tea.

Cons:

Locking the door to the breakfast room and making people go all the way around. Hard for handicap people.
