The area was gross, and there were questionable people all around the vehicles. The hotel is ran down and dirty.

Hotel doesn’t meet standards for the cost.
Pros:

Staff helpful and friendly

Cons:

First room smelled like cigarettes, carpet frayed and closet doors off track. Second room deadbolt didn’t work, furniture old and chipped, carpet frayed. This in a hotel I paid twice as much as the previous Medford stay. Homeless sitting at outside tables.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable, space was good. Breakfast was good, really liked the variety of toppings for toast, oatmeal or waffles and the attendant was great.

Cons:

Some fresh fruit and yogurt would have been nice at the breakfast area.

Pros:

We loved the location it was a mile from the Lithia Driveway Fields that we had our travel baseball tournament at. It was close to food and shopping. The boys enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

We didn't eat breakfast, it wasn't bad just very basic continental which we knew about ahead of time.

Pros:

Breakfast does nor really go to 9am, food is starting to be put away by840am. remember please that some vacationers like to sleep at least until 8-9 am since they may not have slept well due to the chaos at the Armory ! Since Sunday is usually a slower day ,perhaps the breakfast could be extended & stocked w yogurt etc.

Pros:

Nice hotel room loved the wallpaper image.
Pool and spa was decent.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very great taste-wise, but the lady running it was super friendly. Bit of homeless outside but kept to themselves.

Close to where I wanted to be

Cons:

Spider bites dripping water other guest loudly in the hall was kept up by a crying baby they were walking in the hall then woken up at 5 am by a few people who just stood in the hall talking loudly , floor was sticky
