Great location. Need more healthy choices.
Also need regular tea bags. Not everyone drinks green tea.

Locking the door to the breakfast room and making people go all the way around. Hard for handicap people.

everything was clean and the staff was helpful

there was a patch work repair in the bathroom wall that was not well done. It was quite noticeable, otherwise everything was great

waste of money
Pros:

understaffed they never cleaned my room in my two week stay, I even said to the cleaning staff to clean my room and they nodded as I'd they understood, turns out they don't speak English and just ignored me

Excellent value, great staff!
Pros:

The beds were firm, the shower was great but the staff was fantastic! Very helpful and outwardly friendly. My daughter was having open heart surgery at Asante and the location was very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was meh.

We waited 15 minutes to check in
We arrived at 1845 on a Sunday night. The front staff was no where to be found and didn't respond to the phone call as requested by a sign at the front desk. The phone connected to a phone behind the front desk and rang and rang. She appeared after 15 minutes and yelled at us to stop hanging up the phone. Nothing cordial about our interaction. She stated she was the manager and ALSO had to clean a room and was clearly frustrated. Not her best moment
