Decent stay for the price.
Pros:

The location and surrounding area. The 24/7 coffee and tea. The beds and pillow were very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom. The shower doors and shower all need to be redone.

Very good place for us to stay. We will book in the future

Check in easy.
Pleasantly surprised to see room & hotel remodeled since I was last there years ago.
We visited family in west Chester. We will definitely book in the future!

Disappointed and disgusted and no hot water so dirty and smelled so bad like smoke and cigarettes absolutely disgusting and bugs in the shower

It was ok for my quick 3 day business trip which was just there to sleep. If I needed a longer stay it wouldn’t be comfo
Pros:

Lobby area and pool.

Cons:

The bathrooms need some upgrading. Around the edges of shower very rusted and need to be re culked or redone all together. I feel like the bathroom door got installed on the incorrect side because it wasn’t spacious from the toilet seat. Sliding glass door should work both ways for shower oppose to having to turn shower head and have freezing water hit your body to adjust knob.

Breakfast was mediocre the pancake machine was broken the entire stay and apples and oranges they had out were starting to rot.
There was never anyone at the front desk.

Other than shower and coffee, the room was comfortable.
Pros:

Central to where we needed to be for funeral

Cons:

No coffeemaker in room. Very disappointed because advertisement had coffeemaker listed. Shower could not be turned on without getting bathroom floor wet. Carpet by bed was soaked the next morning.

Cons:

Our bed had bugs and hair in it. When complained and moved to another room the new bed had a blood stain on it and the other had another hair in the sheets.
