It was clean! It was updated. It was comfortable!
Breakfast paper products. I understand why paper & plastic is used…sanitation, cost, & employee overhead. That said, please use a sturdier plate! I nearly dropped my breakfast on the floor. Food was great and a nice mix.

Breakfast and comfortable stay
Location. We chose this hotel for close proximity to family members. Other than that. Nothing
Overall. Had to scrub bottom of shower floor before use. Poor breakfast. And now, no coffee pot in room. Terrivle
I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Room was clean. Good value for cost. Coffee was great!
Breakfast could of been better. The pancake maker was broken (my daughter disappointed)
This was our first time staying at this location, and it was perfect!
Nothing
Bathroom and shower was merely not clean.

Location and price
The room, 322, was facing the parking lot. The street light was on the entire night. The blind in the room was not thick enough to block the light.
Breakfast was good and hot. Nice location easy to get in and out of parking lot.lot of other businesses with in walking distance . Had shampoo and body soap didn't have to take my own.
The windows in the room could of been cleaner it looked like it was on the outside maybe.
The hotel was very clean . The bed pillows sheets all comfortable. My tv was broken n they had no problem putting me in another room. The breakfast had a lot of selections although I got there about 8:30 the eggs, bacon n sausage were empty. They did replenish the hot items but not enough for another hour to go . There were people coming in to eat n there wasn't any hot items left .
Although not a big deal my room had no hair dryer.
The room itself was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty - a bit crowded but we left it to half an hour before it ended so our own fault really. The pool looked great, although we didn't try it.
Unfortunately, at 6:15am on Sunday morning we were awoken to landscapers using a backpack blowers in what sounded like right outside our window. We couldn't believe it. We overlooked the pool area, which has a grassy area attached to it - and while we couldn't see where the landscaper was there was no way you couldn't hear the blower. Two issues - first why on earth would someone start up a blower outside a hotel at 6am? The hotel is in a kind of strip mall area, so probably it is the only business that would be negatively impacted by such loud noise at that hour, but not like you couldn't tell it was a hotel, presumably full of sleeping people at 6am. Another issue is that clearly the hotel could use better sound proofed windows, because we could also hear traffic pretty clearly from the nearby Pottsdown Pike. But what really disappointed my husband was when he reported it to the front desk when we were checking out that morning, the woman behind the counter was extremely dismissive, saying it wasn't their fault that landscapers were making noise. My husband responded that he understood, but asked if she could report it, and ask the landscapers in the future not to start so early. She was very unhelpful, saying that had nothing to do with the hotel. It just really left us with a really bad impression of our stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
