Shower water ran out into the bathroom floor. Trash was not empty unless we ask. We had to go get the clean towels and wash cloths. Could not use them over because we had to mop up the bathroom floor with them. Floor was dirty. We should not have to ask more than once.

It was 100° and no one turned on the air. It took three hours for the room to cool down. I had to request for the sheets and bedspread to be changed. The manager stated he had no one to do it so he came to change the bedspread. We stayed two days. It was only enough towels and washcloths for one day and he didn’t have anyone to change it. The room did not have the security top lock because someone had broken into the room and the frame of the door has not been fixed. I needed a room on the first floor. He gave me a room on the second floor. The showerhead looked like it hadn’t been clean since they put it in 20 years ago. I’m glad I brought my own sheets because I would not have dared slept on their sheets overall it’s just a motel nowhere near a hotel and we will never ever stay there again. The breakfast that they talk about is laughable. They remodeled the lobby when the rooms is what need to be remodeled.

No one came to the desk when we first wanted to check in so we left. We came back about 6 and someone was there but not welcoming. We were hoping for a good breakfast....waffle maker not supplied, no toast or bagels but there was jelly! Took forever for the person to get the person to get the waffle mix. He was not friendly at all. No orange juice, just water came out of that spigot. I mean we paid $155 for this room...give me a credit for another stay at another place please! This was very very disappointing.

It was dirty. Floors were not swept covered in pollen. Toilet and tub were dirty.

I got to the hotel around 8:30 PM after a 7 hour drive. When I got to the front doors of the hotel there was no one at the front desk and I had to ring a door bell to be let inside to get to the front desk. I received my room keys and went to my room and did my walk through. The room was dusty. There were old dusty cob webs around the tv, bathroom fan and bathroom door. Found other people’s hair in the bathtub. My girlfriend and I reserved the room for 3 nights and was only given two towels and two wash rags. There was an almost empty roll or towel paper on the dispenser and full roll on top of the toilet tank. When my girlfriend was putting on her make up at the vanity mirror she pointed out there was only want working light bulb at the mirror and the other three bulbs were not lighting up. She even pointed out the towel rack by the vanity mirror was hanging down.

Management

There is not really a hot breakfast. There were waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, grits, bagels, coffee and milk. My wife is diabetic and there was nothing she could eat! When we left, we were charged an additional $200.00 because we were not choice members. There was no housekeeping because they were short-staffed.
