dissapointing especially for the cost
Pros:

Location near our planned activity

Cons:

Shower/tub would not drain. Carpet is dirty and shabby. Took forever to get hot water. The spa tub in the room did not work.

The pool

Cons:

There was mold thru out the hotel it had a really bad moldy/musty smell thruout. Bathroom had no toilet paper had to ask for towels. The pullout sofa had no sheet, blanket or pillows when our reservation was for 5 people so it was obviously gonna be used. There was no place to hang your clothes. There wasn't anything I liked but the pool and that wasn't even up to par cause there was mold on the ceiling.

Good stay if you like being yelled at first thing in the morning.
Pros:

It was clean, had a great breakfast, good location, front desk people were nice.

Cons:

They were doing some renovations and the ice machines were out of order. Very small parking lot but the worst thing was we were told at check in that breakfast was 6:30am-9:30am, which was great because we had to leave at 7am. The next morning we made it down for breakfast at 6:45, all the food was out and ready and we had already made our plates when some staff lady came in and literally yelled at us and told us breakfast didn’t start till 7, I told her the guy that checked us in told us it was 6:30 and she said “well if that’s what he told you” and walked away. It was very rude and embarrassing and would be enough to make me not want to stay here in the future.

Falsely advertised as a nice hotel, deplorable and nasty.
Pros:

Nothing, total dump, should not be on a website as open. Requesting full refund for a deplorable property.

Cons:

Everything, nothing working, falsely advertised as “nice”. No towels, half used toilet paper roll upon checking. No bath mats, dirty shower, non working phone in room. Dirty shower, no place to put suitcases or hang clothes. Bed in horrible condition. Debris all
Over hotel. Piled up trash cans, drug deals going on around hotel. No sofa or sofa bed in room as advertised. Had to request a chair for room.

Two bedrooms

False advertisement, I was told that we’d have a two bedroom suite plus living room area with sofa bed. They’re was a living room with no sofa bed. The larger bedroom had no a/c so management gave us a fan with temps over 100 degrees outside! The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the bathroom sink leaked out from underneath the sink onto the floor. Large mirror pushed up against the wall . Definitely didn’t get what I paid for!! And would not recommend for future trips.
