Very unsatisfactory and will not stay again. We should get a refund.

The hotel was under construction. There was mo breakfast. The ice machines did not work. The hall ways had all carpet pulled up. Our room lamps did not have bulbs. No toilet paper spindles. Parking lot hard to find parking because construction was taking up spots. Elevator filthy. No amenities at all. The outside of the building was covered in trash as well.

This place shouldn't even be open to the public.... Under renovation.

Well, first of all, this place is under construction.And it didn't mention that anywhere in the booking.... Lobby is closed off there's no breakfast... The pool is closed... The place is not functioning a hundred percent.The room that we were assigned to didn't have power.And had wires dangling from the ceiling.... The place is completely filthy.... And should not be open to the public. We went up to our room and immediately went back down to the front desk and handed back our key and were promised a refund which we never received... I am still fighting to get refunded. I just wanted to make sure other people could see this because customer service is terrible.... And the place is completely wrecked!

process of doing renovations, no pool access , no complementary breakfast . Some rooms weren’t available, men working on floor. Shower wouldn’t drain had to fix.

The staff was nice but I was greatly misled
Pros:

The location lies they did not serve breakfast. Couldn’t use the pool nor ice machines. And wouldn’t give any of the money back even after false advertising amenities that were unavailable.

Cons:

Couldn’t use pool nor ice machines jacuzzi tub faucet. No ice machine no breakfast the entire booking was a lie.

The worse hotel manger ever!!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. We got there, checked in and then took our children to the pool only to find out it was closed. It dodnt state on booking that the pool was closed. The indoor pool was the main reason for getting this hotel. The manager promised me a full refund and told me to contact booking.com which I did and a case was open. All the manager had to do was respond to the email and he has yet to do so. I called and spoke to him and he promised to respond but did not. I even went by there to try to talk to him again and of course he was not there. I was promised a full refund 3 different times and have not got it yet. The hotel itself was a messy disaster. I had to pay double for another Hotel on top of what I paid for this raggedy hotel. I AM STILL WAITING ON REFUND!!!

I like the location and how clean my suite was was decent

That I understand that they were doing renovations but they should have said it when you were booking the room that there was know breakfast and the pool was close and then overall my suite was good just that in the room it had more lights

Unexpected stay
Pros:

Location was close to the beach, but far away from the tourist attractions. If you dont want to surrounded by people, traffic, and noise, this location is perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction and certain floors are still being renovated. . The floor that we stayed in was updated, but not completed. The room was dusty(I wiped down the whole room before we unpacked), no carpet(we were told that at check-in), the lighteningwas terrible & electrical wires were showing. No breakfast, just water, tea,& coffee.

I did not stay I checked out and asked for a refund.
Cons:

Hotel was disgusting. Hotel was being renovated sheet rock dust and construction debris everywhere. Room had a terrible odor and none of the ice machines worked. I checked out 30 mins after I got there and stayed at another property booked through your site. I expect a full refund front desk said you had to give it to me.

Cons:

I arrived with my family for a weekend visit and was shocked to see the outside of the hotel was in bad condition and the inside was under renovation. Two of the amenities I had reserved the hotel to have were not available aeb pool and kitchen under renovation and area covered with a tarp but this was not updated on Booking.com website by the property or lack of communication with booking. I explained to the man at front desk and he cancelled the reservation. I then had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone to find a place to stay and booking.com sent me to a 2nd hotel that was awful as well.
