Overall it was a good stay but didn’t sleep well at all due to the noisy guests

Location was perfect. Guy who checked us in on 4-24 at 2pm was amazing!! He helped us check in early due to being on the road all day and he helped us with our rewards!

No fan in bathroom or anywhere. A mirror on the far end of the room fogged up, not the vanity one. The room needed ventilation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices to pick from. Convenient location.

Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and everything was well stocked.

Cons:

The furniture in our suite was stained and dirty. The sofa bed mattress was unusable (felt the springs)The noise level in the hotel was horrible. Slamming doors, running in hallways, jumping up and down on floor above us. All of this happening well past the 10pm quiet time. Poor construction of this hotel with no thought for sound reduction. If you are looking for sleep, I wouldn't recommend this hotel :(

Over all, it was nice and comfortable, we love the hot tub

It was ok, near by restaurants

Cons:

I know things get busy but the parking lot was kinda dirty w some trash and some food, gum and candy were on the ground.

I like that.I asked if it would be okay if my two granddaughters stayed with me since my husband wasn't able to make the trip. They had no problem with that.
