Me gustó que estaba cerca de la base militar de mi hija los mercados todo muy cerca y las camareras súper amables y muy profesionales

Cons:

No me gustó que había frío me lave el pelo y no había con que secarse el pelo también que fui a lavar y estaban out of order las lavadoras y cuando llegué pregunté eso en recepción pues ya llevaba varios días en San Antonio y tenía muchas ropas sucias

Pros:

the air conditioner in the first room did not work well. We got in late and was uncomfortable all night. We got another room the next day.

Cons:

Make sure all the rooms have good air. It was over 100°.

Definitely exceeded expectations for the price!
Pros:

Room was extremely clean. Beds comfy. Great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. Staff very friendly. Photos are deceiving, the facility was nicer than it looked. Lots of food close by. Quiet area that felt safe as well. Great location to Lackland AFB. Easy to navigate back and forth.

It was ok but I will be choosing a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The staff was great and check in was good.

Cons:

We saw some roaches in the room and the maids did not restock our room and didn’t take the trash out.

We had a good stay and room was pretty good for the price. I'd stay here again.

Front desk staff wake me up knocking on my door between 11-11:30pm saying I order extra towels which I did not order/call

We enjoyed everything but the breakfast.
