A pleasant experience with friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My flight was three hours delayed which would have resulted in me missing check-in. I called to see if they would check me in passers midnight and they accommodated me. I did already pre pay.

Cons:

Everything was pretty good. Only complaint was that the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, but they weren’t terrible.

The staff was fantastic, but your entertainment options in the room are the worst i have experienced

The hospitality and the breakfast folk were fantastic, everyone was lovely

Cons:

The DirecTV service in my room was intolerable and offensive. We were staying for a soccer toutnament and trying to watch the NCAA Basketball tournament during our downtime and it was unwatchable in our room, terrible latency and buffering - it’s 2026, until you ditch DirecTV, I will not stay with you all again

Very comfortable and high standards with very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds with selection of soft and firm pillows. Very clean. Great breakfast selection and good coffee. Good quality equipment in gym although 5lb weights too light and next weight up was 15lb!

Decent for our needs; disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and fine. The coffee was good. The hotel was close to where we wanted to be.

Cons:

There was a plumbing issue in our room the first night. The breakfast was not good: there was expired yogurt, the pancake machine was not turned on the last morning, it appeared that most of the food was recycled, and the apples looked rotten. It would have been better to offer less with better quality than to see the same food getting dried out every day.

It was a quick stay over during travel. Served what we needed
Pros:

Breakfast set up was nice. Juice tasted watered down.
Pancake machine was interesting, but cakes were doughy. fruit was awesome.
front desk was personalble

We realized rooms probably had been sprayed for bugs, but we did find a few crawling
