Location near my family
Very clean, staff was great.
Wish it had more towels in the room without having to ask for more.
Easy to get to and from. Rooms were great and staff were great.
Breakfast choices quite good.
One elevator led to waiting
Truck noise from highway until around midnight on Saturday
2nd time I’ve stayed here! Will absolutely stay here again! Clean, staff was wonderful, location is perfect, comfortable beds
The convenience to the fairgrounds is great. The new coffee machine was fantastic, and breakfast options were wonderful! Even as someone with celiac (can't eat bread or touch it), I found Udi's Muffins on both mornings and a few prepackaged items.
The sofa bed mattress wasn't really a mattress. The springs were so uncomfortable, and we ended up folding it back up...
It was large and lots of space. Breakfast was good.
The hot tub was broken the first night and the pool only goes to 4ft deep. Also very poor WIFI you get kicked off every few minutes and nothing works and takes forever. They said the large suits don’t get good WIFI due to the router box being by the front door and this is why we have to keep getting up and walking all the way to the bathroom to reconnect and of course they don’t bother telling you this. We went for a cheer competition in Tacoma and the kids were in the room with there dad most of the time bored. Also the toilet overfilled twice and flooded the entire room and the futon pull out couch seems to be missing a mattress it’s very uncomfortable even for the young light kids.
Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Location wasn’t great. Not a lot around that area.
The electricity went out and my presentation for work was affected. No electricity. No power and I had to spend over $40 in gas to find electricity and that is not even counting the restaurant bill. I looked at my bill and they also overcharged me $100 when I urgently needed to leave in the morning for work day. I did not have the time to explain it to the lady.

I liked how the towels smelled clean, like no one had used them before and I liked the easy close black out blind
Did not care for breakfast bar. I dont know where you get eggs, but those were not. Sausage gravy was slightly bland, but eatable. The biscuits and gravy saved breakfast for me. You should offer cream cheese when offering bagels.
Breakfast was fantastic. Food was pretty warm.
The link sausage was way over cooked. Very difficult to cut with a knife.
The staff was nice greeting me nicely.
And help me out with everything
My holiday is next to two major roads that are noisy from all the time you can't get any sleep, you could hear people running around the hotel. I always awaken more than once people running around door slamming the vehicle noise all night long and all day long was inexcusable. This is my last time staying at this hotel. The price was $800 for two nights which is way too much and also, there was a heaviest smell when I first walked into the room, made me feel really uncomfortable. The beds was so uncomfortable.
