The staff was very nice

Cons:

The room smells bad like dirt. Probably the carpet but when you open the door you can smell it

El hotel estuvo muy bueno! La verdad que esta cadena cumplio con mis expectativas. Tiene gimnasio super completo! Una pileta. La verdad que muy bien todo! Las habitaciones limpias.

Cons:

El hotel no ofrecía desayuno. Esto podria ofrecerse y no ocurre mas sabiendo el valor de lo que sale la noche. Despues las habitaciones cuando ingresas tienen un poquito de olor a cañería y podrían solucionar este problema con algun perfume de ambiente.

Quick and easy stay near downtown Seattle.
Pros:

Clean and secure building with friendly staff and mostly comfortable accommodations.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and we had a had time sleeping on it. Some better pillows would help well.

Great location!
Pros:

The location was fabulous! We walked to the most touristy locations and it was safe! We didn't walk at night, not knowing the safety, but we did walk up to nightfall.

Cons:

Online the information was that they had transportation to and from the hotel, but they did not.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine - ended a little early - but fine. The choices were the same each day so that could've been expanded a little. The front desk staff was great and should be commended.

Cons:

I didn't like that the location was a ten minute walk to the nearest Link train station. The elevators are slow, but there is nothing the location can do about that.

Great breakfast. Microwave in the room is a plus.

There was no room safe and the air conditioning kept turning on even when it was turned off.
