Pros:

It was alot of area in the rooms

Cons:

They had mold in was told by an employee the manager wanted her to look to see how bad it was before moving my child and I to another room . It took over 45 minutes to checked in and I was the only one checking in . And when I did I was sent to a room with mold and than I had to wait another 40 minutes to have the clear and ok to get another room with no mold ! The cleaning staff didn't clean my room. The whole week . I was told they have to ask manger to change my sheets after 5 days because they don't have enough.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good ! We woke up to the smell of bacon but there was no bacon woke us up around 5:00 a.m. in the morning.

It's hard to make everyone happy when dealing with a large group, especially teens, thank you!
Pros:

We were celebrating a teen birthday with a large group. We were affordably accommodated and the rooms were clean and the pool hot tub and gym were loved by the entire group. The free breakfast was perfect, offering something for everyone's liking and there was plenty of free coffee in the rooms for Grandma to keep up with the energetic teens. At check out, car problems almost ruined the whole experience. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, especially Kari (sp?) from the breakfast crew (and a fellow guest who was an absolute Angel), the stressful situation was made easier to deal with. Things worked out fine, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure our group was well taken care of. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Wonderful experience!

Cons:

More information in the rooms would be great. Something small that reminds guests of important times and property features. There's not much negative to say about our stay. All the kids had a great time 😊

Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool had way to much chlorine in it burned our eyes and the beds left us in pain also felt the room was small. So the beds are way to hard and cheap.
