Loved it. Didnt get the quiet i was hoping for though
Pros:

Customer service was very good and friendly. Jean (woman working breakfast, short white hair) was awesome. She madensure the breakfast was fully stocked/loaded and bithe days we had breakfast were BUSYYYYYY. She deserves a shoutout.

Kids running down halls of hotel were noisy

Loved it
Pros:

Everything it was great! Staff are great! I have a 1 and 2 year old and they brought me 2 cribs and they were very flexible didn't bug me to pay B4 or even at 11 like most places will come back!

Cons:

The price was more expensive during the weekb ñ

Cons:

Same great I have it almost every hotel. The toilet paper sucks and a bath mat would be nice in the shower.

Chilly stay
Pros:

Always enjoy my stay there. Always clean, friendly staff, free cookies in the evening, nice breakfast.

Cons:

This particular room had an outside draft of cold air coming in around the heating/ cooling unit. You could look around the edge of the unit and see some daylight. I informed them about it, and I'm sure it will get fixed. It was a bit breezy on that end of the room.

Very efficient front desk, clean rooms and great location with good value.
Pros:

It's location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was great and the added evening cookies a real plus.

Cons:

Hot tub chemicals were uninviting. Coffee maker down at breakfast.

Dirty hotel
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The room we originally had was disgusting. There was trash left on the countertops and blood splatters on the floor walls. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and stains all over the carpet. We had them move us to another room which was also not very clean at all (I have photos for proof).

Breakfast, Suite with door between living area and bedroom, Manager's reception, cookies and popcorn, long hours on pool and gym, staff helpfulness

Cons:

Floors could have been newer/cleaner. Small pool. Gym was too warm - fan would be nice.
