Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple strong complaints about smells (dirty laundry/dirty socks), unreturned deposit, and reports that some facilities (pool area, general facility) were not clean.
Service
7.7
Mixed service feedback: several mentions of very friendly/helpful staff (notably Jasmine and other positive interactions), but multiple guests reported rude front desk and housekeeping behavior, and poor responses to issues.
Location
8.8
Generally positive: many guests highlighted a convenient location near Yakima center, ample parking and easy access; isolated mention of difficulty finding the bowling alley or getting lost.
Room Quality
8.2
Mostly positive: comfortable beds, quiet rooms, good TVs and adequate climate control; occasional issues with odors, wrong bed size assigned, an old/uncomfortable loveseat, and a broken conditioner pump.
Amenities
9
Strong amenity praise: 24-hour pool frequently noted, plus hot tub and exercise room; guests appreciated the newly redone pool area and pleasant public spaces.
Value for Money
8
Generally favorable: several guests called the price fair or an excellent bargain; at least one guest felt the hotel was overpriced, contributing to mixed perception but overall value is positive.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast feedback mixed: many found the breakfast adequate and ready early, while some described it as lacking variety or a 'joke' in quality/choices.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall impressions lean positive: numerous guests said they would stay again and had great experiences, though a subset of strongly negative stays (service/cleanliness issues) lowers the overall sentiment somewhat.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Pros:

Jasmine at the front desk was very welcoming and she recommended a great place to eat that was within walking distance. The room was very comfortable with a good place to sit and put our feet up. The thermostat was easy to control to give us the perfect temperature to sleep. The room was quiet which allowed a peaceful night sleep. The water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water was plentiful.

We had a great experience. I will book again when coming back to Yakima.
Pros:

Everything was great! I’m very picky with hotel cleanliness and this met my expectations! The price is very fair and the location was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast met our needs as well.

Cons:

The pool was a little too chilly.

This hotel sucks
Pros:

They never returned our 40 dollar deposit they clearly took out of our bank acct. the housekeeper are rude, the woman who run the front desk checking in people were rude too. I was talking to a lady today there, she hung up on me. She was the same lady I texted in July she was rude then too. Rude workers there, they don’t make you feel welcomed. I’ll never stay here again.

It's better than some 4 stars hotels I stayed before.
Pros:

Clean room, breakfast ready at 6am. Staffs are helpful. Nice swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is there is only one hook in the bathroom. Not enough to hang cloths and towers.
