Pros:

It was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was great too, very close to campus. Would stay there again.

Cons:

The hotel was greatly understaffed. I felt bad for them as they needed help at the front desk and breakfast area.

Great stay and super friendly staff
Pros:

We arrived an hour early and we were allowed to check in and the room was so nice, don't need to bring any toiletries because it was all there. A makeup removal wipe was included and I was very pleased as I had forgotten my own and I don't like sleeping with makeup on. The bed was comfortable and everyone was very pleasant. Once we checked in I received a txt from the front desk asking if everything was in order, if the room was to our liking, and to let them know if there was anything else they could help with. I would stay here again anytime I am in Madison!

Cons:

One thing that was off putting was the water. From the faucet, when making in room coffee, the water had a taste that carried to my coffee. It happens to a lot of hotels I have stayed in, but if I have to say something bad, this would be it.

Convenient location, questionable toiletries

Cons:

When I opened the mini bottle of lotion mere minutes after getting to the room there was an inch long black hair in the cap indicating it was clearly refilled/used and placed back.

Mediocre hotel for the high price.
Pros:

The room was clean. The check in lady was very friendly. The checkout man was not and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Cons:

The breakfast was subpar. The scrambled eggs and bacon were almost completely cold.Limited options compared to Hilton Home2Suites or LaQuinta motels. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.
