Disappointed and sorry I stayed there

It was extremely overpriced shockingly so.
The rooms were cramped and old The Bathroom just ok and dated.
Worst of all it was terribly noisy from all the restaurants down below.
For the $400.00 a night I expected a lot better.
Spoilt my trip. Not good enough Booking.com

Great location to Sydney cbd.
Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom was old and a little dirty.
Bed was uncomfortable and over soft. Not to bad though overall.

Fantastic
Pros:

Lauren in reception was amazing, I had stupidly made the wrong booking time and it would have prevented us from making a big we had come to. She was friendly , understanding and accommodating when I have been going through a really traumatic time.

Great place to stay close to Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour. Good price point for the room and breakfast the next mornin
Pros:

Terrific location, a short walk to Darling Harbour to see a show at the Tik Tok Entertainment Centre. The buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and many gluten free options.

Cons:

The noise on the street was very loud during the evening and there were construction works across the road so the views weren’t very nice.
