Comfortable and convenient to Theatre and shopping at Workd Square.
Pros:

Close to Capitol Theatre. Comfortable bed. Clean . Issue with light sensor fixed immediately.

Wonderful inner city retreat offering great value for money.
Pros:

Location was super convienient with the Town Hall Station close by and World Square underneath with it's myriad of food and shopping choices. Not far away is the tram line for cbd sightseeing. Also the room is quiet and has a nice bath.

Cons:

Slight pong from the loo. The cleaning is 90%, not quite John West standards.

Facilities were good but the men at the reception were horrible

Cons:

The staff were horrible. The man a the reception was rude and not welcoming. We suspect because it was because of our heritage. This happened twice at arrival and departure. One comment was one staff said, do you want a taxi and we said yes and the other staff asked if we had money for tax.

Good central location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very handy. Close to public transport. Shopping centre near by. Pubs, take away and restaurants close by. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. Room was neat, tidy, spacious - just perfect.
