Room service should not start very early it's noisy
Pros:

The property is in a great location , the concierge was amazing, and reception was fine. It's great for value compared to other properties in the same location. Rooms space was very sufficient for 2 guests. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

We stayed at 15 floor room no 1555, at was very noisy at night extremly noisy ! First night I thought it was other guests second night I realize it was room service they start very early ! Third night I decided to complain no use it was waste of time.. I woke up next morning straight away to complain at the reception, was surprised when the receptioniest wasn't happy with my complain and responded this is the first time somone to complain ! The hotel should take complaints seriously instead of being defensive. The noise was gone same night however no point since it was our last night ..

We enjoyed the stay and the trade of checking in & out of the hotel.
Pros:

The convenience of the hotel to the city attractions.

Cons:

The shower cubicle was way too small. There’s no need to have a bath in the bathroom.

Pros:

It was located right in the middle of Sydney. Plenty of food and beverage options everywhere and convenience shops are all walking distance.

Cons:

There's no where to stop to drop your luggage. There was a bus only area but even then you have to go up another level to check-in. Room's OK but it's starting to run down now

Less than average experience
Pros:

Hotel venue and staff were great.

Cons:

I booked a family room for 3 adults and 3 children (3 double beds) which was booked through Booking.com. When I arrived there was 1x double and 2x singles (beds short for 2 ppl). When I flagged with hotel staff they advised there must had been an issue with bookings.com as that number of people in a room shouldn't have been submitted. There was some miscommunication between the system and hotel. There was onlt 2 rooms available in the hotel at $450 for the night. The work around was for me to pay $160 EXTRA for 2x single beds to be added across 2 rooms we had booked. Very disappointed with this. Will be using another booking system in the future and won't be staying at Rydges Worldsquare again. It really made the experience poor.

Great location for a short stay
Pros:

Location was perfect. The venue we went to was right across the road.

It was a little dated and there was a funny smell, not dirty but smelt like chlorine
