Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Fantastic choice for a family
Pros:

The size of the apartment, its cleanliness, the price and the location are the highlights of this accommodation. I would stay here again. The only things to note are that the admin prior to arrival is tedious, the driveaway can get very busy which can drag out check-in process, some of the lifts are locked and we had trouble getting the air to flow evenly around the apartment (i.e. to get the right temperature in the bedroom meant that it was quite cold in the living room where the sofa bed is located). Parking can be sourced fairly close to the hotel.

Un appartement spacieux et propre avec un emplacement idéal
Pros:

L'appartement était propre, très bien situé (distance à pied des principaux points de visite) et avec tout le confort et la place nécessiare pour une famille.

Cons:

Il est noté 6 personnes grâce au canapé lit. Or le matelas de celui-ci est beaucoup trop fin et nous n'avons pu dormir qu'une seule nuit dessus tant les ressorts nous faisaient mal. Les autres lits sont très confortables.

Parfait
Pros:

Tout! Le personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Nous sommes tombés sur une personne qui savait parler français. La salle de sport est superbe, l’emplacement excellent. À 10mn à pied du centre. À proximité d’un supermarché. La literie était très bien et les appartements très bien équipés. Il y avait machine à laver et sèche linge dans l’appartement, un plus!

Cons:

Le parking de l’hôtel complet il a fallu aller dans un autre parking plus loin mais nous avons pu décharger devant
