nosotros hicimos una reserva por booking pero lamentablemente no cogimos la opción de desayuno incluído, el día que llegamos quisimos pagar la estadía y el desayuno y la chica de recepción no nos quiso cobrar el desayuno que no era posible y q debíamos pagar cada que hagamos uso del mismo y le hablamos que queríamos cancelar allí y nos dijo q no se podía y que hagamos lo que ella estaba comunicando. la verdad una mala bienvenida y una mala predisposición en recepción, todo se puede hacer cuando se quiere atender al cliente

Clean and comfortable room, efficient check-in and check-out, and a generally quiet night overall. Corridor noise was brief and did not affect rest. A reliable option for a short stay or business-related visit in Quito.
