Not enough hot water in the shower
Because the hotel is in a corner, and on the main road there were a lot of traffic noises during the night, however we booked an extra night in this hotel and the second room we had hot water and less traffic noise, as the second room was on the side road

El desayuno mal porque soy intolerante a la lactosa y no había opciones para comer, ni letreros y el personal no ofreció nada. Les consulté y me dijeron que lo único que había era lo que estaba en las mesas....

Es un poco ruidoso para mi gusto, esta ubicado entre dos avenidas.
La habitacion estuvo muy regular... Se veian las intalaciones antiguas, con aspecto viejo y parece no pertenecer a la cadena de wyndham. El aspecto del hotel mucho que desear como viejo oscuro y no daba aspecto de limpio y pulcro.
Parecia sucio y descuidado el hotel. Me dejo con una sensacion de que estaba descuidado el hotel. El desayuno buffet normal nada extraordinario tampoco estuvo mal. Pero puede mejorarlo por mucho.
Amazing! Staff were very helpful and nice! The drivers that took me to/from the airport were great conversationalist! The restaurant 10/10! Highly recommend!
There were several hundred of us at this same hotel! They took such good care of us especially in the restaurant! We were greeted with smiles, and given great service by Jessica, Jocelyn, Fernanda, Yadira, Cesar, Jonathan, Adrián and more!! I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was so clean! Angelita cleaned my room and did an amazing job. She was also so friendly and happy to help! Those in security and at the front desk in the lobby were very attentive and friendly, too!
