Disappointed with service
Pros:

I was disappointed by this hotel. I made a reservation and had to cancel due to illness a few days before leaving for Quito. I messaged the hotel explaining my situation looking for options, potentially just rescheduling to a later date. I travel around the world and on occasion have had to cancel semi last minute, never had an issue before with working out a solution.

I received no return call, no message, no communication whatsoever. I was just charged the entire bill for the stay. Just unprofessional in my opinion.

The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Very loud - be it from the street or within the hotel, you constantly hear the elevator at night. The reception also seems to be running some scam with the taxi drivers in front, DO NOT let them put the cost on your room, you will end up paying more than was confirmed later. We asked three times what the price and three times it was confirmed only to at the end pay more. I even refused to sign the paper for the taxi driver unless the exact number was there so that they couldnt forge it but to no avail. Also, they need to step up their cleanliness, they had no issue presenting us the suite with stains on the bedsheets . Also, they will harass you on Whatsapp as a form of their communication.

Estancia muy agradable, se come rico, se duerme muy bien.

La habitación con una cama cómoda, la atención del personal, muy amable, la limpieza, no me quejo., rica comida.

Cons:

1 no pude entrar con la tarjeta que me dieron cuando llegué, es corregible.
2 en los ascensores se percibe un olor desagradable, que creo vienen del subsuelo. Eso es lo único que lo comunico para corregir, no con el fin de molestar. Tengo una elevada percepción de olores y rápido lo detecto.

A fabulous stay in Quito
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights and found Wyndham Gardens Quito fantastic in all respects. The breakfast was included and was a fabulous spread. Also ate a lunch and dinner in restaurant and the service and food were amazing.

Wonderful!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the quality of the service. The staff was always friendly and attentive.

I would especially like to thank Roxana for her kindness and professionalism. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable.
