Por mi trabajo debo viajar bastante y a varios países, y es primera vez que vivo una tan mala experiencia en un hotel

1- habitaciones sin Aire acondicionado
2- extractor de baño no sirve para el vapor y el espejo queda empañado por horas
3 .habitación sin bajada de ducha
4- En el restaurant para cenar demoran mas de 45 minutos en servir la comida, un garzon y un chef para toda las personas
5-Utilizan el hall del hotel para hacer almuerzos masivos o eventos, eso debería realizarse en una sala de eventos. El lugar queda apretado y no se puede almorzar bien, demora y filas
6-En el restaurante solo colocan fútbol en las pantallas, agobiante el sonido
7. La calle donde se ubica el hotel es mu angosta y no hay donde estacionar para pedir uber

Fiind situat foarte aproape de parcul Carolina, a fost extrem de placut sa poti sa te plimbi in siguranta intr-un parc splendid, care are o gradina botanica minunata, activitati extrem de diverse mai ales la sfarsit de saptamana si pare sigur la aproape orice ora. Masa de pranz tip bufet a fost foarte gustoasa si diversa, la fel ca si micul dejun.

Cons:

A fost un pic mai scump decat ne-am asteptat pentru Ecuador (inclusiv mesele a la carte).

Pros:

Hice este viaje familiar por motivo de cumpleaños, el staff del restaurante me sorprendió con un postre y me cantaron cumpleaños, el servicio de transporte privado es espectacular, en nuestro viaje nos atendió Omar y tuvo un trato al cliente excelente.

Cons:

No sé si yo no lo vi y honestamente NO pregunté en la recepción, pero no logre ver el aire acondicionado en la habitación.

This hotel is really very nice. The people in the reception are very very very nice and helpful. Especially Ms Roxana, she is so so so helpful to us and so nice. And Her English is so so good. Thanks to her so much! Also the meal is very good.

Bom, algumas coisas a melhorar
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom e bonito, o quarto é bem grande, bastante armário/lugar para colocar as malas, staff muito cordial, o café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Na mesma viagem ficamos numa outra rede mais “budget” conhecida e o café era bem melhor.

Cons:

O exaustor do banheiro era extremamente barulhento e pelo jeito não cumpria a função pois embaçava até o espelho do quarto, o colchão é muito mole, o secador poderia ser melhor, não tem porta-toalha de rosto, o porta-papel higiênico fica distante do vaso, são coisas pequenas, mas fica meio inconveniente.
