The only reason I booked this hotel ia because its location.
I don't reallh bother to give review but yesterday stay was the worst. I booked via their website but I'm not sure how to write the review so here it is.
I booked the room for a night 6-7apr. My initial booking was deluxe queen (room only) so I have modified to with breakfast but didnt realised it was deluxe twin so i have then upgraded to Deluxe king balcony (whatever it is) with extra RM40.
The checked in was smooth, I paid rm13 for the parking and was givem room 2422 which is deluxe family. I'm alone so I dont need the extra bed and the room looks small despite i paid extra. I asked for the room change after spoken to the reception, and they gave me room 1303. I had work to do so I was not really care about anything else as lomg there is a desk for me to work so I just ok with the room. But the room is not properly clean. There was a straw on the carpet, bathroom looks dirty near to the hole on the floor.
Breakfast was just ok. I like the breakfast atmostphere during my previous stay, but maybe they have 100% occupancy, the restaurant was so pack and I ended up was given the outside table. So couldnt enjoy much.
I checked out around 10.30am, just drop the key card for express check out. I also need to pay another RM38 for the parking, I was shocked because they have collected RM13 and double confirmed my car plate number, how come the screen said I need to pay, but because there was a car behind me, I just paid. It's not about the money but the hassle i went through during the stay was not that good 😊

Gotten a small room , despite a monthly guess
Spacious room. Strategic location.
Room – It didn’t really meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The pillows and blanket had an unpleasant smell, and the bed wasn’t as soft or comfortable as expected for this category. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the vacuuming didn’t seem very thorough. Given these issues, the hotel feels somewhat overrated and closer to a 3-star standard.
Breakfast – This was a highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of options, and the quality met international standards. I really enjoyed it.
Location – The location is very convenient. The LRT station is right next door, and there’s a shopping mall downstairs, making it easy to get around and access amenities.
The management should consider refurbishing the hotel to elevate its overall quality and standards. Greater attention should also be given to cleanliness, particularly in the rooms, to ensure it meets the expectations of a higher-rated hotel.
