Had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was great. Room was spacious. Parking provided.

Cons:

Room was not ready. We booked double bed we got two single bed.They expected us to come back after half an hour and line up in the q again.

A good place to stay if want to be near a shopping mall
Pros:

1. Location: being on top of a mall, the easy access made it convenient to shop without leaving the building.

2. Size of the room was big and spacious. Roomy for luggage

3. Bed and pillow were comfortable too

4. There was a flat rate of RM13 for parking per night, unlimited entry and exit. This could be both an advantage and disadvantage depending on how many nights you are staying there

Cons:

1. The need to tap our card in the lift/elevator when going up the room. Despite staying at level 22, the card only allowed us to press on the 21st level button instead. Had to change to another card before able to do so. It was not an issue if i’m the only one in the lift but if i were to be inside with others, getting the card just to work might mean missing out on my level since others’ card work fine. I understand its due to security but hope the management can reduce such issue in the future (: (the same card didn’t work for our door too. Had to rely on the other cards given to us instead)

2. Breakfast: there was a variety of options but i think that there could be two different chef manning the egg and dosa/thosai station, causing lines or people to congregate there.
