Cons:

Once the tour group check in at the same day it is too much noisy...messy at lobby,lift and havoc during bfast time.verry uncomfortable.

Pros:

Bonne qualité des prestations. Chambre confortable. Petit-déjeuner varié. A proximité immédiate du métro et d’un centre commercial.

Cons:

On booking its misguiding when you book the room which i booked. It says One king bed and 3 twin beds. However its not true and they do not offer any such configuration

Decent facilities and friendly staff, but rooms need some deep cleaning.
Pros:

The fact that it is located next to a mall was very beneficial and helped a lot when needing to get anything last minute for short stays.
The buffet was decent and had 3 different sections: Malaysian food, Indian food, and a continental section.
Lovely view towards the street.

Cons:

After 8:30 AM a long line start accumulating for breakfast entry which was annoying sometimes.
Our room (3020) also had a very bad odor coming from the toilet and the room felt uncomfortably humid which amplified the problem.
Also the shower was clogged and the hair dryer did not work.
