On the lower end of 5 star
Pros:

The large bedrooms were dark at night. It was quiet, no street noise only ocassionally loud guests shouting in the corridor. Beautiful foyer for a speedy check in and check out. On top of the Sunway Putra Mall which has enough shops and restaurants without the need to go to Pavillion. The beds were comfortable. The pool was swimmable. Cold spa. 2 750ml bottled waters in glass bottles provided every day. The gym was decent, although 1 leg machine couldn't be adjusted. The breakfast area had comfortable seats. The wi fi was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was too crowded. It's a hotel that caters for conferences so tables are set up outside the eating area. The quality of the breakfast food was average, for a 5 star. We couldn't get a metal spoon for the room, we had to order a drink from room service. I don't know if it's because guests steal spoons? No sewing kit available .The water situation isn't ideal, for a hotel that says it's trying to be sustainable. They charge you 28MYR if you want a re-fill or you can pay 2.20MYR at any shop downstairs for 1.5 litres of mineral water. This forces you to buy more plastic bottled water, which is not environmentally friendly. At this level of hotel, they should provide water stations at the very least on each floor, which guests can re-fill, rather than charge an exploitative price. Despite there being 5 lifts, you had to wait a long time, when there were conferences.
