Bed is bit itchy, I don’t know whether it’s bed bugs though I did not notice any.

I have been staying here for the past 18 years and only this time I experienced this and hence I request hotel staff look into this

The facility especially the room is quite old. I stay in the deluxe classic room, my water heater for the bathtub pipe is not functioning, i have to use the water from the shower instead.
