Przyjemny hotel w super lokalizacji
Pros:

Miałam niespodziankę- zostałam wybraną gościem dnia, w związku z czym zmieniono mi pokój na większy, z wanną z hydromasażem i sauną, dostałam też darmową lampkę wina. To było miłe.

Het was een super verblijf met heel fijn personeel wat luistert naar je behoefte! Ik zou zeker iedereen aanraden hier ee

Ons toilet spoelde niet door en nadat het geregeld was heeft het alsnog maar 1x doorgespoeld, daarna deed hij het weer niet

Hi Hotel Management!
I wanted to reach out and share what a wonderful stay my sister and I had at your Zaandam hotel! Natasja at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. Since we had an early flight on our last day, she kindly printed out step-by-step train instructions to the airport for us. We were also so grateful for the beautiful, clean, and spacious room upgrade—we absolutely loved it!
Luis at the front desk was also super helpful, providing great information on local trains and attractions. We truly loved everything about Zaandam! Thank you all so much for your amazing hospitality and professionalism, which made the end of our European trip so relaxing and memorable.

Pros:

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. El edificio por fuera es muy bonito.

Cons:

Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Al llegar nos hicieron esperar más de una hora para entregarnos la habitación. Es cierto que nos ofrecieron habitaciones en otra planta, pero al viajar una pareja y una amiga, con dos habitaciones reservadas, queríamos estar en la misma planta. Nos dijeron que serían solo 15 minutos y esa espera terminó convirtiéndose en más de una hora. Después de esa larga espera, ni siquiera tuvieron el detalle de ofrecer una bebida o un pequeño aperitivo como gesto de cortesía.

El trato del personal tampoco estuvo a la altura. En general fueron bastante antipáticos y poco amables, tanto en recepción como durante el desayuno. Incluso, mientras esperábamos en la terraza, un camarero pasó varias veces delante de nosotros sin preguntarnos si queríamos pedir algo, atendiendo antes a personas que habían llegado después. Nos pareció una falta de respeto y un servicio muy poco profesional.

En la habitación también encontramos aspectos negativos. Apareció un insecto de humedad y el grifo de la bañera estaba estropeado, algo que no debería ocurrir en un hotel de esta categoría.

Por el precio que pagamos por dos noches, esperábamos un nivel de calidad y de servicio mucho mayor. Teníamos muchas expectativas porque el hotel es muy bonito por fuera, pero por dentro y, sobre todo, por la atención recibida, dejó mucho que desear. Lamentablemente, no repetiríamos la experiencia.

Prima voor een paar nachtjes.
Pros:

Het was er netjes en we werden vriendelijk onthaald. Prima kamers voor 1 of een paar nachtjes. Direct in omgeving van winkels en restaurants.

Cons:

Op onze kamer was het uitzicht niet zo best, maar we hadden ook pas enkele dagen vooraf gereserveerd in een druk seizoen. Ik veronderstel dat het bij andere kamers beter is.
