Amazing quirky accommodation, with clean modern conveniences in a town of it's own.
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were so impressed to be told we had had an upgrade. Then walking into our room, wow!! Huge space with the best bed, a t.v. that could be viewed from the bed or turned around to be viewed as a lounge room.
The bathroom... huge with a spa bath, separate shower and a sauna. OMG !

Cons:

That we didn't book a longer stay.

Zaandam Baby!
Pros:

Amazing location. Views from the junior founder suite are excellent. Food in the restaurant was very good and very generous. Spa and pool facilities are very good with free use during your stay. All staff encountered were extremely friendly. The highlight was the sauna in our suite. Very big comfortable bed, couldn't fault the suite at all.

Cons:

Couldn't get the Aircon working on our second night so the room was a little warm

Excellent hotel
Pros:

My first time in Holland. I chose this hotel and didn't regret for a moment. From the warm first greetings up to nice check-out. The Factory Design room was very spacious, bathrobe, slippers, also bath tube and nice shower. Also, small refrigerator and electric kettle, which is important for me. The breakfast as well was very good, various. with champagne. Rooms and all the hotel are very clean and nice. The location is great, just near the train station what is very comfortable for sightseeing.
Likes the reception and the breakfast staff. Aylen and Laura from the reception staff helped me to resolve a small problem during the check-out and I'm very grateful to them.
Would recommend this hotel to my friends.
