Pros:

Good location, just 2 mins to the station to reach Amsterdam Central and the airport.
Very friendly staff, who were extremely helpful when there were a couple of issues with my room. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Wellness area is rather small and got a bit overcrowded in the evenings

The breakfast buffett was very good. No fresh omelets, however.

Cons:

Access from the train level was limited. The hotel entrance on that level was locked and only open for conferences. Unfortunately, the public escalator outside the hotel was also not working, so one had to walk another 400m or so to access the closest public elevator to get to the second level to catch the train. That kinda defeats the purpose for access. Staff at the hotel refused to assist in any way by opening the door on the second level conveniently located just outside their elevators. Quite disappointing!

Very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Great location! Short, enjoyable walk to the train. Quiet, laid back neighborhood with a variety of stores and restaurants. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Loved the slippers and robe!

Cons:

The entrance was not clearly marked. We arrived by train at night.

The design of the building is just extraordinary
The convenient location is the most superb hotel in Zaandam, it is pretty much close to everything you want within the town.

Cons:

Given its convenient location, which attracts most tourists from the globe, I would suggest rooms could’ve been decorated better and equipped with better furnitures.

Solo l’esterno rispecchia le foto mentre le camere risultano vecchie ma soprattutto sporche anche la colazione è tutta da rivedere nulla è all’altezza delle 4 stelle .Inoltre al nostro piano c’era un forte odore di fumo di sigarette.Assolutamente non vale il costo pagato per il soggiorno
