No meu quarto, durante o serão e madrugada, de vez em quando, ouvir o barulho de um motor. Embora fosse por períodos curtos, era bastante alto e incómodo.

Pros:

A localização é perfeita, a ambientação é agradável, o check in e check out é fácil, as acomodações são simples, super práticas e muito confortáveis. Cama e chuveiro muito bons! Destaco os lockers e os filtros de água disponíveis como um diferencial.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem farto mas com muitas opções industrializadas. As toalhas de banho são pequenas, mas nada que desabone.

Quiet and clean hotel within a short walk from the city center
Pros:

It's located very close to some major tourist attractions like Ponte Luis I and Porto Cathedral which was especially convenient for me as I was going to start Camino de Santiago the next day after my arrival. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and cool and the bed was very comfortable. And what was even more important for me is that it was quiet, I didn't hear noises from the street, hall or other rooms.

Cons:

There were water dispensers on every floor but it would be nice to have a kettle in a room.

Posizione perfetta, consente di visitare tutto il centro e i monumenti muovendosi solo a piedi. Staff gentilissimo; eravamo una famiglia con due figli: abbiamo preso una stanza tripla spaziosissima, con tre letti matrimoniali ampi e comodi, due bagni e tre scrivanie, doppia cassaforte. Arredi moderni e puliti. Non ci sono armadi chiusi, ma non è stato un problema, c'erano comunque tre guardaroba a giorno con tanti appendiabiti. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Consigliatissimo

La ubicación excelente en el centro, muy cerca de la estación de tren y la catedral, del mercado central..
Todo el personal del hotel con quien tratamos en recepción y equipo de limpieza super amables y con un trato excelente.
Tuvieron un muy bonito detalle como regalo por mi cumpleaños al hacer el check in de una cajita de bombones.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada así como las instalaciones que vimos todo muy nuevo. No puedo valorar el desayuno ya que reservé una estancia por dos noches únicamente. Cuentan con consigna vigilada para guardar el equipaje una vez haces el check out. La relación calidad-precio es excelente, muchísimo mejor que en hoteles de 3 y hasta 4 estrellas en los que me he alojado.
Sin duda sería mi elección si volviera a Oporto y lo recomendaré encantada a mis conocidos para una estancia muy positiva.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustase. Quede muy sorprendida positivamente del alojamiento considerando sus estrellas. Muchísimo mejor de lo que esperaba

Por las opiniones de otros viajeros, esperaba más de este hotel
Pros:

El hotel está muy céntrico y está limpio.

Cons:

Llegar al hotel en coche fue muy difícil, porque está en una calle peatonal que apenas se ve cuando pasas por el lado.
Bajar un coche grande hasta el párking es lo que se podría considerar una maniobra de alto riesgo, porque pasas por un pasillo muy estrecho en el que los retrovisores pasan rozando la pared. Las plazas de aparcamiento también son muy pequeñas.
La habitación era bastante pequeña, hasta el punto de que no sabíamos dónde poner la maleta para abrirla.
El cuarto de baño, también era muy pequeño y sencillo.
