Central, clean facilities & friendly staff. Will be back
Pros:

Everything. The staff were so helpful. We had to book it very last minute after needing to cancel our booking at a hotel down the road and ANEW were very accommodating on such short notice.

Pros:

Wilderness war ein Zwischenstop für uns auf der Garden Route. Hübscher und recht touristischer Ort. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Pool- und Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte sehr kühl und "steif" hier hat das Wohlfühlgefühl gefehlt. Das Personal war auch eher höflich statt freundlich. Das Restaurant war Abends eiskalt und die Rentnergruppe wurde bevorzugt bedient. Und als Highlight hieß es dann, es gibt im Restaurant kein Wasser.

Cons:

Room was at the back of the hotel and at check-in our car parked at the front. The receptionist told us there was a rear car park & entrance which we used. However there were 2 sets of stairs to navigate carrying several cases. My husband is 75 and I am 72, fortunately a member of staff happened to see us and helped. Someone should have been sent to assist us by the receptionist. The rear car park was conveniently situated near restaurants etc but the actual entrance was a back door. It felt as if we were hotel staff not guests and it could be improved.

Hotel met een luxueuze uitstraling en ruime kamers. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam . In de directe omgeving leuke restaurants

Cons:

De matras was net wat te kort voor iemand van 1,86 meter. Wel was de kwaliteit prima.

Overall a pleasant stay, but a missed opportunity to make a special milestone feel celebrated.
Pros:

The hotel kindly allowed an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

We booked this stay for my parents’ 30th anniversary. Before their arrival, I called to ask if something small could be arranged in the room to acknowledge the occasion — even just a note. The staff member was very friendly, took note of it, and asked whether my parents drink alcohol (they don’t). However, there was no anniversary acknowledgement in the room apart from a small bottle of red wine.

It left us wondering why the details were asked if they weren’t taken into account.

Katastrophe!
Pros:

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Empfangsdame hat das Geld für die Übernachtung im Voraus kassiert.
Sonstige Personal vermittelte das Gefühl, dass wir sie stören, als wir was verlangten.
Abendessen war trocken und kalt - Buffet.
Obwohl das Hotel als renoviert verkauft wurde, war es gar nicht der Fall - das Hotel wurde frisch gestrichen - sonst waren alles verlottert und sehr hellhörig! Für den Preis ist es eine Beleidigung gewesen!!! Ich verstehe nicht wieso Booking.com es erlaubt, dass das Hotel so viel verlangen kann - es ist vier mal das Wert im Vergleich mit andere ähnliche Standards! Ich kann mich an keine gute Erfahrungen erinnern - es ist einfach Schade um die Zeit!

Pros:

Family friendly, staff are so kind and friendly. The kids club and Aunty Ray is honestly the best my children wanted to be there everyday and I wanted to be with Aunty Ray she truly is one of a kind.

Cons:

The fact that I had to use my personal cellphone to contact reception because the telephone in the room wasn't working.The restaurant is average however breakfast buffet is really good and the staff working in the morning are very helpful and so sweet.

When the place is finally finished I’m certain it be enchanting.
Pros:

A buffet style with plenty to select from. The waiters seemed a little too eager to clear our table. There were no egg cups until I asked a senior member . The spa team were wonderful.

Cons:

A pool table and some form of in house entertainment. Walking is difficult for me and some form of shuttle service would have been a treat.The beach was too far away .
