Good stop over and rest but really need to cater more halaal or vegetarian
Pros:

This property is our stop over on Garden Route nice to see the revamp . Booking in was amazing staff very friendly and helpful . But need some attention to TV signals and picture quality . Room service was disappointing as room 102 tried to order and was told they couldn’t and that was before 7 pm . We in room 101 got to order but got the wrong stuff instead of toasted cheese got chicken cheese and had a fee of R30 extra plus gave a tip . Only found out the next morning that our guest didn’t have
supper 😪. Would be nice if the restaurant gave a bit more halaal meats / cold meat or know what butcher it come from . We pay the same amount of money for rooms not really fair when you think about it .

I loved the location, east of accessibility to the CBD and the general attitude of the employees.
Pros:

Location, Hospitality and the Breakfast was made with love.

Cons:

The Gym and its equipment needs some attention. Couldn’t exercise as they machinery was either not working or not configured properly.

Best Family Vacation Spot
Pros:

Everything was just perfect from the time we checked in the front desk reception was very welcoming and very helpful. The staff was very professional, so much so we are definately booking at this hotel again. 100/10

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Great charm hotel with lots of history on it's walls. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. So much to do at the place also. We had the family apartment, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

Pity we couldn't stay longer.

Relaxing, but a little crowded in the family room.
Pros:

The hotel met expectations. We enjoyed being able to have a massage on site.

Cons:

Meal options for vegetarians limited. Vegetarian food was mostly restricted to side dishes, while the meat was clearly the main focus of meals.
Family interleading room somewhat small - no door between rooms which made privacy difficult to manage with a teenager.
Bathroom aslo quite small for family of 4 sharing. Although we were 5 booked we only found 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in the room on arrival - we did manage to get some extras from the housekeeping staff.
