We have good memories of this trip.
Pros:

The hotel's bar and restaurant were its strong points.

Cons:

Repetitive breakfast.Our room wasn't cleaned well the first day, but it got better after we informed the reception.

Comfortable hotel, not in the city center.
Pros:

Very comfortable, big beds, nice cool climate

Cons:

The location is not so good if you want to spend time in the city. The hotel rooms are 80-ies US style but its more a question of taste.

I was somewhat scolded by the shuttle driver when I boarded the shuttle because I did not call the hotel first to let them know I had arrived. I did not know I had to call as the hotel advertises the shuttle as on-going throughout the day. But the main thing is that the restaurant prices are absolutely unreasonable. 17 CHF for a single poached egg resting on 2 tablespoons of green peas with filaments of fried potatoes described on the menu as an "egg on creamy peas and potato straws herb salad!!!" The whole serving fits in a tiny bowl, but it is served on a very large diner plate which, I suppose, makes the presentation elegant; however, it is just an egg that is gone in 2 bites. I made a comment to the waiter who admitted that he had heard the same complaint before, passed it on to management without any results. One has to expect higher restaurant/bar prices at this kind of hotels, but gouging the customer is never a good idea; I will stay at another hotel next time.
