The property was clean and nice, and the breakfast was pretty good.
It was extremely difficult to find the location. Even with the GPS it took us two or three times in the general area before we actually found it.
The Inn was very welcoming This was our second visit this month, and the office staff recognized us immediately.

Hotel is easy to find. It's modern and pleasant. "Mickey" at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful. We had a spacious, quiet, and clean corner room. Although we had one minor maintenance problem with the room, both Mickey and the General Manager, Jeffrey, responded quickly and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. We will continue to patronize this hotel in the future.
mistakenly requested handicapped access room. drain didn't drain water when showering, blinking light on phone as though a message was left, one lamp didn't work. overall pretty clean but bath fixturea s showed age. the worst was someone cooked fish and kept their door open which stunk up the entire corridor. will never book at this location again.
The staff (Mickey?) was very friendly and accommodating and helped us secure a room on the ground floor. The other lady in the morning was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perfect with grab-and-go options as well as sit-down options. We will definitely be back!

Expedia said it was free parking all over the page in bold to entice you to book, but when we got there, we were charged for parking and the desk just blamed Expedia. That was incredibly offputting.
My stay at the Residence Inn Rancho Cordova was unacceptable. I paid in advance for a room I never received, was denied fair service due to my mental health status, and suffered a loss of personal property.
When I raised these concerns, the hotel refused to resolve them, leaving me with $720 in extra costs for alternate lodging and lost work. Instead of accountability, I was told “nothing could be done.”
This is not the level of service or respect guests should expect from Marriott. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with fairness, professionalism, and basic respect.
I made an error in my booking through Expedia, and the staff and manager were so accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. Highly recommend this establishment!
